20 September. [centered] De Sessie van den Edele Achtbaare Hove van Justite dezer Rivier die op den gaden dezer stond gehouden te worden, is het Hoofde der Indispositie van den Hoog Edel Gebooren Gestrenge Heer Preisdent en van eenige Leeden tot den 29den dezer uitgestelt. De ordinaris Sessie van de Heeren Raaden Commissarissen uit den Hove van Justitie van Demerary zal op Maandag den sesden October ten Raad-huyse alhier gehouden worden. Op den 15den dezer is alhier gearriveert de Barbados Packett, Sloep Mary, gevoert door Kapt. M. Clarke, dewelke de Brieven met de tweede July Packett te Barbados aangebragd, overgebragd heest; met dezelve hebben wy Couranten ontsangen tot den ??den July, waar uit wy onze Leezers weeklys eenige Extracten alvolgende zullen geeven. Op den 16 dezer is na Boston gezeilt de Schoener Sally Capt. Samuel Chapman. Op den 17den is na St. Eustatius uit deze Rivier gezeilt de Slope Freemason Capt. Jon. Tucker. Ten zelve dage is teffens na St. Vincent vertokken de Schoener Clarissa, Capt. H. Blombury, geladen met Posten. Op den 19den is van Boston gearriveert de Brig Hanna Capt. Th. Rice met Provisien gelaaden. STABROEK. [centered] 20 September. [centered] The indisposition of his Excellency the President and some Membres [sic] of the Honorable Court of Justice of this River, has prevented the Session which was to be held on the 15 instant and postponed the same untill the 29 of this Month, when the said Court will be held at the Town hall in Stabroek. The Session of the Honorable the Commissioners of aforesaid Court, for the Month of October, will be held on the 6 of the ensuing Month. The Barbados Packett Sloop Mary M. Clarke master, arrived here on the 15th instand [sic], she bought [sic] the second July mail from England and English Papers down to the 18 of said Month, we shall succesively [sic] give, every week to our Readers Extracts from the same. On the 16th departed this River the Schooner Sally Capt. Samuel Chapman bound to Boston. On the 17th put out to Sea, for St. Eustatius, the sloop Freemason Capt. Jon. Tucker. On the same day departed for St. Vincent the schooner Clarissa, Capt. Henry Blombury with a Cargo of hardwood Posts.
On the 19th arrived the Brig Hannah Th.

Absented himself from the Subscriber a
Negro-man named Salomon, he is a short well set man a Seamen [sic] & has been seen in Company with William a tall Negroe man,
formerly the property of Mr. William Taylor deceased, as they are both good
Sailors, it is to be apprehended that they may steal some Craft or other, he
therefore gives notice to all those who owns any, to be Carefull how they leave
their boats; any person delivering the said Man Salomon, or giving
intelligence, so that he may be apprehended, shall be handsomely rewarded by
