For Sale at the Store of Remy & Boter, the following Goods: - Mess Beef and Pork in whole and half barrels, rounds of beef, hams, butter, pickled tongues, ditto sausages, ditto salmon, potatoes, onions, salt fish, flour, corn meal, claret, wine, Hollands Gin in cases, Florance sweet Oil, spermacetie and mould candles, Castile, white and brown soap, tobacco, iron hoops, tar, hats, laces, shoes, Spanish Mantles for Ladies, Britannias, Eau de Cologne, &c.

Lost by the Subscriber on the Island of Leguan the 17th of last Month, a Barbados Almanack, containing Memorandums and Papers of no use but to the Owner. Whoever may be in Possession of the same and will forward it to the Subscriber shall receive Two Joes, as a Reward to the Negro who picked it up.

Runaway from the Subscriber, a Negro Man Boy, about 17 Years of Age, was formerly employed up the River as a wood and shingle cutter, and was Purchased by the Subscriber at the Vendue of the Boedle [sic] of a Mr. Fisher, held at Mr. Rousselet's House in May last. He is red skin'd, has several scars on his back, about 5 feet 4 inches high, and answers to the Name of Vigilent. - Whoever will bring him to the Subscriber or Lodge him in the Barracks shall receive Two Joes Reward.

Those who are interested in the Lottery of Ls. Favarger, are hereby Advertised, that it will be drawn on Saturday the 15th Instant, at Two o'Clock in the Afternoon, at his House on Plantation Werk & Rust.
Demerary, 8th December 1804.

The Subscribers for the last time, request all those who have any Claims against the Estate of the late Donald Fraser, decd: to render them in before the 1st of February next, to the last Undersigned on Doch four Plantation, otherwise they will be excluded from any Claim to the said Estate. Those who stand indebted will come forward and settle their Accounts before the above Period to prevent coercive measures.

UIT DE HAND TE KOOP. [heading]
By den Ondergetekende, een stuk ongecultiveerd Land, geleegen Booven in de Revier aan de Oost wall bekent ten Zuyden, en Noorden aan de Gronden van wylen M. H. Lesten, genaamt UIT, groot 250 Akkers min of meer, en toebehoord hebbende aan Rebecca en J. Maillard. Alsmeede de Concessie No. 85, met de daaropstaande Gebouwen en Inkrallinge, geleegen op het beste gedeelte van La Bourgade, naast de Heusinge en Concessie van de Heeren Tulloh & Co. Alsmeede nog in Commissie, Een Coffy Plantagie in het Canaal no. 2, well voor zien van Gebouwen, en in de beste order, waarvan de Prisatie en Verkoop Conditien te zien zyn by

Te Huur om ten eersten te aanvaarden, een zeer Logeabel net [sic] Huis, ook zeer geschikt voor de Negotie, met deszelfs Pakhuize, nieuw Combuis, Wasch huis en een geheel Concessie, te vooren bewoond door wylen den Heer Wm Verhaagen [sic] Die hierin gading hebben, gelieve zich te addresseere by G. Ryk, ten Huize van de Heer Jacob Lachtrop op Werk & Rust.

Den Ondergetekende maakt aan 't Gee[umlaut]rd Publicq bekend, dat by van Wooning is veranderd, en thans zyn Aanbacht als Kleedermaker alleenylk voort aan is Continueerende en zyne Domilicilium gekoosen heest op de voor gronden van Werk & Rust, en wel op de Concessie van de Heer P. Van Straaten, agter de Wooning van den Wel Ed: Heer Wichers, weshalve verzoekt aan elk en een ygelyk die van de gee[umlaut]x[?]eerde Compagnieschap van Stolle & Co. iet wes te pretendeeren heest, of aan dezelve schuldig mogte zyn zig by hem te addresseeren, houdende zig wyders aan alle Heeren Ingezeetenen gerecommandeerd, zig kunnende verzoekerd houden van prompte en civile bediening.

The Subscriber intending to leave the Colony within fourteen Days gives Notice thereof, in order that those Persons who are indebted to him may come forward with their Payments, and those who have any Demands against him may present the same for settlement.

A GREAT BARGAIN. [heading]
I will sell my undivided one half part of the Plantation Meerzorg, (the other half belongs to the Heirs of M. E. Everts deceased) situated on the West Bank of the River Demerary, between LaGrange and Shom Oord, two or three Miles from Stabroek: this Estate has a beautiful prospect, for it looks on Providence and St. Peter's Hall to the right, Ruymveld and Penitence to the left, and in front of Rome and Zorg & Hoop, and abacked by Harmony. This Estate is under a good cultivation, it contains about 80 thousand Coffee Trees, of which 14 thousand was supplied by the present Administrator, by him was also planted 20,000 Plantain Trees, which will bear in a few Months; there are 110 Negroes on the Estate in good health and the best Coffee Pickers; the Buildings have lately been repaired and painted. On it is a large Brick Sluce [sic] with a Turnpike, and an elegant Clock and Stage built according to Architecture, the Coffee Logie, Dwelling House and other necessary Buildings of Colony Timber and in good order; this Estate makes an average of 70,000 weight Coffee per Year. A new impolder for 20,000 Coffee Trees has lately been taken in, and partly planted with plantains, cohroes, pigeon pease, increase pease, yambs and other Nick-Nacks for Negroes. The Payment will be made easy to an approved Purchaser. Enquire of

Absconded from the first Island a Negro Man named Cuffy, well known in the Town and supposed to be harboured somewhere about the Fort, has been in Chains once and in the Barracks several times, has a remarkable large Navel and sore Legs. Whoever will bring the said Negroe to Mr. R. Mains or the Subscriber, or confine him in the Barracks, shall receive Two Joes Reward.

All Persons having Demands against the Estate of the late Christopher Bourne, are requested to render Statements of the same to the Subscriber for examination: - and such Persons as stand indebted to said Estate are requested to come forward with Payment, so as to enable the Subscriber to liquidate the same as soon as possible.
