Alzo Mevrouw de Wed. M. W. Heintzen van
voorneemens is, binnen den tyd van Veertien Daagen, van hier na Noord America
te Vertrekken, zoo wordt mits deezen aan elk en een iegelyk geadverteerd, ten
einde die geenen welke iets van haar Ed: te pretendeeren hebben of verschuldigt
zyn, hunne pretensien te koomen opgeeven in hunne Schulden voldoen, op de
Plantagie Nismes.
Alzo de Heeren William Roach en Richard
Wilson van voorneemens zyn binnen den tyd van Viertien daagen deeze Colonie te
verlaaten, zoo wordt mits deezen aan elk en een iegelyk geadverteerd ten einde
die geenen welke iets te pretendeeren hebben ofte verschuldigt zyn, hunner
pretensien te koomen opgeeven en hunne Schulden Voldoen ter haarer Domicilium.

Op bekoome Authorisatie van den Edele
Achtbare Hove van Justitie, zal den Ondergeteekende, St. Eerste Exploiteur
deeser Colonie, op den 19e Augustus aanstaande, ten Raadhuise op de
Hoofdplaatse Stabroek, ten overstaan van Heeren Raaden Commissarissen, en den
Secretaris, Publicq by Executie verkopen, voor en ten behoeve van Brereton
& Kingston, Fungeerende Vendue Meesters alhier, als Executanten op en de
jeegens den Boedel Wylen W. Verhagen, Gee[umlaut]ecuteerde. - Een Concessie
Lands bekend onder No. 23, geleegen op de Hoofdplaats Stabroek, met 't
daaropstaande woonhuys (Inlandse Fraam) zy gebouwen, paarde stal, Combuys, en
gemack huysje, alles in zeer goed Order; Onverminderd ten alle tyde 't
Gouvernements recht, met te gevolgen, en aanvleeven van dien, op en aan 't
boven genoemde Erv; Wordende 't zelve alleene gelyk op deeze Conditien, ten
Verkoop aangeboden, en Verders of anders niet. PUBLIC AUCTIONS. [heading]
On Friday the 26th Instant will be
exposed for sale to the highest Bidders, at the Vendue Office, Chairs, tables,
bedsteads with curtains, mattrasses, chamber looking glasses, porter and ale,
corks, dry goods, provisions, Negroes, Horses, &c.
On Wednesday the 31st Instant, and
Thursday the 1st of August will be exposed for sale to the highest Bidders, by
order of Louis Favarger Esqr, Executor to the Estate of the late P. Lafont, at
his House; House furniture consisting of Dining tables, chairs, bedsteads,
mattrass, sophas, tea table, an elegant pendule, chints, checks, muslins, beef,
pork, candles, soap and provisions, a Schooner with her Rigging and the Negroes
belonging to the said vessel, House boys, a cook, washer woman, and other
Negroes.
On Monday and Tuesday the 5th and 6th of
August next, will be exposed for sale to the highest Bidders, by order of O. I.
Laurin Esqr, at his Store on Werk & Rust, at 3 Months Credit, the following
articles viz. - An elegant plated tea and coffee sett, Jewelry, elegant looking
glasses, corded dimity, embroider'd muslin, cotton cambrick, printed calicoes,
ginghams, striped cottons, chints, Irish linen, pocket handkerchiefs, Madrass
do, colour'd genet, flannel, broad cloth, table cloths and napkins, silks,
lace, Ladies veils, do bonnetts, do silk gloves and mitts, Men's and Women's
silk and cotton hose, Gentlemens gloves, white thread, great coats of waxed
silk, Ladies straw bonnetts, Men's and Women's silk and beaver hatts, Ladies
parasols, umbrellas, Ladies shoes, boots, salempores, checks and oznabrug
shirts, Negro blankets, Sadlary [sic], China table and tea setts, glass ware,
perfumery, spices of all kinds, tea, loaf sugar, almonds, currants, pickles,
mustard, sallad oil, wax candles, barley in kegs and barrels, tobacco in
barrels, twine and fishing lines, brown Earthen ware, gin and brandy in cases,
claret, and a variety of other articles too tedious to enumerate. ADVERTISEMENTS. [heading]
The Underwritten informs the Gentlemen
who has not yet discharged their Notes due since the 17th February last, for
Tickets taken in his Lottery, that he has delivered to them all without
Exception to his Lawyer Mr. Rousselet in order to demand and receive Payment;
they will therefore be pleased to make Payment to the said Lawyer without
delay, as those that will not Comply with his first warning shall possitively
[sic] be sued without respect to Persons.
For Sale: - A Punt almost new, 30 feet
long by 9 and a half wide; a small do. with Rudder and Tiller, a large tent

The Subscriber has for Sale the
following Articles, imported in the Fleet lately arrived from London: - Fine
Yorkshire Hams, Split Pease, Pearl Barley, Grotes, Oatmeal, Refined Sugar,
Spices, Currants in jars, Vinegar, Mustard, Sallad Oil, White Lead, Paint Oil,
Cordage, Nails of all sizes, Locks, Bolts, Hinges &c.
Mr. Robertson having purchased the House
and Stock in Trade of Mr. Ward, takes this opportunity to return to his Friends
and the Public for the assistance and encouragement they have hitherto given
him his most hearty and sincere acknowledgments, and hopes to pursue his
present Business with the same Patronage, as no attention will be spared on the
his part to give every satisfaction: - He has for sale a great variety of
articles, and has made an arrangement for an early supply of Provisions and
Plantation Stores. It having been recommended to Mr. Robertson to follow Town
Agency for the general service of the Planters he begs leave to offer himself
in this capacity: it would be too tedious in an Advertisement to convey an
accurate Idea of the plan adopted, but Gentlemen inclined to employ him in this
way may be assured of his vigilance, and of every confidential service being
rendered by him, so as to make it the most useful and eligible Undertaking
possible.

For Sale: Fourteen strong, young,
healthy, and good working seasoned Negroes, consisting of ten Men and four
Wenches. The Terms will be made easy and reasonable to an approved Purchaser:
- For Particulars apply to P. Jourdan in Stabroek.
The Subscriber requests all those
indebted to the late Firm of Bynoe and Culpeper, to come forward and settle the
amount of their respective Accounts, otherwise he shall be under the
disagreeable Necessity of enforcing Payment without respect of Persons. - Those
who have any demands against the said Firm, are requested to render their
Accounts.

December 1804 op een onbekende wys deeze Colony heest verlaaten, zonder Acht op
zyn Eyge nog op het geen hem aanvertrouwt was Eenige verantwoording te doen,
als met de Gezegdens om voor Eenige Weeken naa Suriname te gaan, waarop zig tot
Borg deezer Secretary alhier heest gesteld H. D. Obermuller, dewelke by deezen
oproept aan de Geenen die van boven gemelde J. H. Dankelman iets te
Pretendeeren heest, ofte aan hem verschuldigt zyn, opgave te doen en betaaling
te koomen ontsangen ten Huize van H. D. Obermuller, Dewelke by deezen
adverteert dat niemand Eenige Goederen op zyn Naam zal laaten volgen als met
bewys van Procuratie of Qualificatie in geene deezer Colonies.

All Persons indebted to the late Firm of
Ridley, Dodson & Co. are earnestly desired to make Payment without further
delay, as there is great necessity for closing that Concern as soon as
possible.
The Subscribers request that all Demands
against the Estate of James G. Blackhurst, deceas'd, may be sent in immediately
for Payment, to enable them to close the Boedle [sic].
The Underwritten hereby gives Notices to
his Friends and the Public, that he recommends himself to any Gentlemen
inclined to entrust him with the care of his affairs in Town, who perhaps
living in the Country should find it difficult to come over as often as his
Concerns my require. He begs leave to assure those Gentlemen that the greatest
assiduity and correctness will be used in attending to any Business so
entrusted to him.
The Subscriber offers for sale to an
approved purchaser his coffee plantation called Flensburg, situated on the West
side of the River Demerary, containing 500 Acres of good Coffee Land, 200 Roods
in front and 750 in depth, at present cultivated with 30,000 coffee trees of
which 10,000 are in bearing, and a number of vegitables [sic], fruit trees
&c. with or without 30 or 40 healthy Slaves. The Buildings consist of a
dwelling house of colony wood, newly repaired and on a brick foundation nine
feet high: 'tis 42 feet long and 28 broad; a new side building which has three
rooms, being Store house, Manager's house, and Kitchen, the latter with
conveniences necessary; together with a range of Negro Houses 120 feet, and a
platform for drying coffee.

Schoon-Oord, two Punts and a Yawl: - Any Person claiming the same as their
Property, and Paying for this Advertisement, can have them by applying to the
Subscriber on said Estate.
Den Ondergeteekende maakt bekent, dat
een Negerin van haar, genaam: Saly Iddie zeets tien Weeken, van Huys gegaan is,
zonder Pas of Permit, - zy versoekt dat niemant haar ophout nog Crediteert, de
geene die de voornoemde Meyd Saly Iddie opbrengt ten Domicilium van den
Ondergeteekende zal wel beloont worden; zy is een Barbadiaanse Negerin,
