Secretary's Office. This is to inform the Public, that the following Persons intend quitting this Colony:
Mr. William Cook, in the Month of march.
Mr. P. F. Schirmeister, in fourteen days.
Mr. Hugh M'Donald, in fourteen days.

Alle die geenen die iets te pretendeeren hebben, of te verschuldigd zyn aan de boedel van wylen Mejuffrouw de Weduwe Fusen, laast Weduwe D. Tayspel [sic], gelieve hunne reekeninge te koomen ingeeven, of te hunne schulden voldoen, binnen den tyd van ses weeken naar dato dezes, ter Domicilium van Pieter Balmer, als Executeur, in gemelde boedel.
Actum ter Secretary van Rio Demerary, In kennisse van my
dezen 20 February 1806. J. C. Stadtman, oudste Clercq.

Also den Heer Jabez Lamb, meerderjaarig Jongman, gebooren te Noord America, Bruidegom ter eenre Mujuffrouw Elizabeth Spooner, meerderjaarige jonge dochter, gebooren in deze Colonie Bruyd, ter andere zyde, van voorneemens zyn met elkander een wettig huwelyk aan te gaan zoo als dezelve ook reeds op de 17 February 1806 voor Heeren Raaden Commissarissen uit de Edele Hchtbaare [sic] Hove van Justitie dezer Rivier zyn opgenoomen, Zoo word znlks [sic - zulks] met deeze aan elk en een iegelyk mits deezen bekend gemaakt, ten einde die geenen welke vermeenen zich teegens dit voorgenoomen huwelyk te kunnen opponeeren, zulks in tyds te doen, ter plaatse daar en waar zulks zal behooren.

Wordt van weegens Vrouwe Elizabeth Cornelia van Thol Weduwe, van wylen De Heer Hero Everhard Glaser, in qualiteit als met en beneevens den Heer Jonas Fileen, voor wien zyderato is coverende delibe reerende Executrice en Voogdesse ten boedel en nalatenschap, en minder jaarige erven van wylen haar opgemelde man aan elk en iegelyk geadverteerd, dat de geenen welke iets van gemelde boedel te pretendeeren hebben of daar aan verschuldigd zyn, hunne pretensien gelieven op te geeven, en hunne schulden te voldoen, binnen den tyd van ses weeken na dot de [illegible] huize van de Heer en Mr. J. Thibout Mathews als door gemelde Weduwe Glaser gesubtitueerd ten einde om in staat te worden gesteld, binnen de gefixeerde tyd van het recht van Beraad de boedel te apudieeren of repudieeren.

2nd, 3rd & 4th EDICTAALE CITATIE [heading]

SALE UNDER EXECUTION. [heading]
By Virtue of Orders duly obtained, the Undersigned will expose at Marshall's Sale, at the Court-house, Stabroek, on Tuesday, the 4th of March next, in presence of the Hon. Commissioners, the following property taken in Execution, viz.
1st. In behalf of Anthony Osborn, q.q. the widow of T. Osborn, the half of the Lot of Land, No. 0 [looks like zero in this week and following week's edition], in the front of Plantation Vlissingen (the other half whereof belongs to David Lynch), with a Dwelling-House two stories high on brick piles, built, shingled, and boarded with American wood, 40 feet by 20; a Store-house 40 feet by 18; a side Building for a kitchen &c. all of the same wood; the property of the Defendant S. Mackay.
2d. In behalf of Messrs. Haywood & Taylor, the following bills, belonging to the Defendant, Paul Smith:
A Good of Haywood & Taylor for f 200.0.0.
An Acceptation of George Glelzean, with interest from Jan. 1, 1805, till paid in full 1307.2.8.
The remainder of an Obligation of George Laing 976.10.0.
The remainder of an accepted Account, with interest from Jan. 1, 1805, till paid, against George Laing 4616.16.1.
The remainder of an account against Ridley, Dodson, & Co. attested by the Defendant, Paul Smit [sic] 220.11.0
A ditto ditto against Haywood & Taylor 224.10.0.
whereof Notice is hereby given accordingly.

Whereas about fourteen days ago a packet of papers of consequence was delivered to a Negro boy, under the idea of his being the servant of R. Paterson, Esq. from the house of the Hon. F. P. van Berckel, LL.D. Whoever may have received such papers, which do not belong to them, are hereby requested to return them to the house whence they were, b the aforesaid mistake, given, as soon as possible.
Stabroek, Feb. 22, 1806.

The Undersigned offers for sale his Plantation Chantilly, situated on the West Bank of this River, near the first island. The Estate is in a good state of cultivation, with 40,000 bearing Coffee Trees, 25,000 young ones, and a great quantity of Plantains. There are 45 prime healthy Negroes, and all the requisite Buildings, &c.
The Conditions of Sale and the Inventory may be seen every day at the Plantation, or at the House of C. Smit, Merchant, Werk & Rust
N.B. If not previously disposed of [illegible] at Public Vendue in July next, together with 30 carpenter Negroes, who are excellent workmen.

The Members of the Eendragt Society are hereby informed, that on Wednesady, the 26th instant the balloting will take place for the proposed Members to the said Society.

C. E. Wussandt adverteerde by deezen dat by voornemens is met het eerst vertrekkend Convooy van hier te vertrekken; verzoekt de geene welke van hem iets mogte hebben te pretendere, ofte verschuldigt zyn, daar van opgaave en betaaling te doen, op de Plantagie Le Repentier, ten huyze van den Heer J. F. Narjes.
Stabroek den 22 February 1806.

The Undersigned hereby informs all those whom it may concern, that he has removed his Domicilium citandi et executandi to his Plantation Sans Souci, on the East Coast of this River; and he requests all those who have any demands against the said estate, to render the same within three months from the date hereof, in order that they may be liquidated forthwith.

The Subscriber hereby gives notice to the Public, that he intends to leave the Colony in the course of fifteen days.

The Court of Rolls and Commissary Court of Essequebo and Demerary and Court of Justice of Essequbo, meet on Monday the 3d of March next.

On Friday, the 28th of Feb. on the premises of John Madden & Co. bedsteads, mattrasses, pillows, mahogany tables, chairs, sideboards, [illegible] wash hands [sic], and other furniture; saddles, bridles, and gigs with and without harness; nails, paint and paint oil, bacon, hams, pearl barley, split pease, &c.

Taken away from alongside the Ship Kelton, George H[illegible] Master, a yellow bottomed boat, with black wash board. Whoever may find the same, and acquaints the master of the said Ship will be handsomely rewarded.
