Friday, November 3d, 1809.
Upon the Motion of William Johnstone Esq. of counsel with the above named Defendant, made unto this court on Saturday the twenty Eighth [sic] day of October last, His Honor was this day pleased to order - That the Sequestrators appointed in this Cause shall as soon as may be within the Space of two Calendar Months from the day of pronouncing this order, return the Writ of Sequestration issued in this Cause unto this Court. And that in the mean time they do and shall as soon as conveniently can be after the making this order, deliver over all and singular the Property Sequestered under and by virtue of that Writ, into the hands and possession of the Defendant, in the Presence and under the Inspection of the Exploiteurs Dourwaarders or other proper Officers of Justice in the respective Colonies of Demerary and Essequebo to be appointed for that purpose by His Majesty's Representative in those Colonies respectively but subject to the future orders of this Court in this Cause. The Court hereby expressly declaring that such Writ is not hereby discharged, nor the Property Sequestered and thus delivered freed from any Lien created by awarding the said Writ. And the Sequestrators are hereby authorized to Publish and Notify the contents of this order in such Manner as they may judge expedient, so as to give notice to all Persons of the continuance of such Lien. And it is hereby further ordered that the said Sequestrators shall at the time of the return of such Writ also return to this Court all and whatsoever they or any of them may have done under and by virtue of said Writ and this order together with all and singular the Accounts of the said Sequestration from the day up to which the Accounts have been already taken and confirmed up to the day when the Sequestered Property shall be so redelivered as aforesaid for each Estate seperately. And the Court do hereby expressly reserve the further consideration of this Cause keep on foot the said Writ until this order shall have been complied with and the Accounts taken as aforesaid.
All which is hereby ordered accordingly.

Pursuant to the above order - The Undersigned two of the Sequestrators named in the Commission of Sequestration issued by the Court of Chancery of Grenada, and inforced in these Colonies, by virtue of His Majesty's Order in Council bearing date the 31st Jany. 1805, do hereby Publish and Notify, that the Properties Sequestered and now redelivered to the Defendant are still nevertheless subject to the Lien created by awarding the said Writ. St. George's Church. [heading]
The Advertisement of 27th December has not met the wish'd-for success; - part only of the Rents for the Pews has been paid in, as well as of the outstanding Subscriptions!
As it is intended to pay off, if possible, all Demands on the Committee by the 25th March, the Proprietors of Pews are most earnestly entreated to pay for the same, and get a Proprietary Receipt. And those Gentlemen who have Subscribed, and are in arrears, are most friendly requested to fulfill their engagements; as the undersigned would be sorry, on making out a list of Subscribers for Publication, to give offence to any Person by leaving out his name, or by inserting it as a defaulter.

A Colony Built Vessel, not yet launched, 40 feet Keel, 16 1/2 Beam, and 6 deep; Built of the best materials.
This Vessel is well calculated for the Islands.

Who will dispose of a Lot of Land with the Buildings thereon in Kingston; also an invaluable House Boy, about 18 Years of age, his present owner being about to quit the Colony. Cumingsburgh, 3d February 1810.

Union Coffee House. [heading]
The Subscriber begs leave to return his most grateful thanks for the support he has received from his Friends and the Public in general, which it will be his study to merit by every attention and accommodation possible. Having many demands to discharge at this period, he requests that those Gentlemen whose Goods he holds, or by open Accounts, will do him the favour to discharge them, to enable him to fulfil [sic] his engagements.

The Proprietors of the Theatre Royal beg leave to inform their Friends and the Public that having Purchased, and compleated such alterations and improvements as were making to it, it will be opened on Thursday next, the 8th instant, with

The Subscriber begs leave to inform his Friends and the Public in general, that he closes his present Establishment by a Vendue on the 12th of February, after which period it will not be in his power to accommodate them any further with Board and Lodgings, &c as heretofore. Impressed with gratitude to those who have contributed to the prosperity of his Establishment, he takes this method of offering his unfeigned acknowledgements, requesting all those whose Obligations he holds, or with whom he has open Accounts, to come forward with Payment, as all such which remain unclosed on the first day of March next will be placed in the hands of his Attorney at law to be sued for.

Runaway. [heading]
On Sunday the 7th January, a Negro Girl named Sarah, about five feet high, well shaped about the body, has a very large mouth with one of her foreteeth a little rotten, and has a sickly yellowish complexion, well known in Stabroek as a cake-seller and generally went genteely dressed. A liberal Reward will be given to whoever will deliver her to the undersigned, or lodge her in the Colony stocks. All Persons are hereby cautioned against harbouring or concealing the said Girl, and all Masters of Vessels against taking her from the Colony as the law will be put in force against such infringers; it is most likely she will pass herself as a free Girl, under the name of Sarah Young.

Sales by Execution. [heading]
By Virtue of a Decree of the Honble. Court of Justice of this Colony, I the undersigned First Exploiteur of the said Honble. Court shall expose and sell, at Execution Sale, on Saturday the Seventeenth day of March next, in presence of the Councellors Commissaries and their Secretary: -
The Plantation Perth, belonging to the Estate of Henry Farley deceased; situated on the West Bank of Mahaicony Creek, with all its Cultivation, Buildings, Slaves, &c. thereto belonging, whereof an Inventory is daily to be seen at the Exploiteur's Office (Sundays excepted.)
Whoever supposes to be entitled to oppose the above sale must address themselves in writing at the Exploiteur's Office; and those inclined to purchase to attend on the day of sale at said Plantation Perth.

4thly. - In behalf of Lachlan Cuming q.q. the Estate of A. Leslie deceased, versus Paul Smith; - a Piece of Land known by the Name of Hibibitie, situated on the West-bank of this River, containing 1000 Acres of Land, more or less, with the Buildings thereon.
In behalf of C. N. Bollers, versus James Hunter, a certain Concession situated in Kingston, with the Buildings thereon, consisting of a Dwelling House, a new side building, and three smaller ditto.

Whereas after the expiration of the 4th Edict will be proceeded against the non-appearers according to Law.

In the name and behalf of D. Hoola Van Nooten Jr. and D. L. C. Martini, q.q. the Widow of the late C. D. Mack, deceased, born Milborn; and J. J. Deeges, and J. Steur, q.q. the Widow Poppelman, born Milborn, making out the Heirs of H. Milborn.
All known and unknown Creditors of the Estates of the late H. Milborn, M. De Vries, and C. D. Mack, likewise those of the Plantations 'T Vergenoegen, and 'Den Amstel, situated in this Colony; to appear before the Honble. Court of Justice, at their session to be held in the town of Stabroek on the 19th day of March next; in order to render their Pretensions in due form and lay their claims thereto.
Whereas after the expiration of this last Edict will be proceeded against the non-appearers according to Law.

On Monday the 12th inst. will be Exposed for Sale by Order of Mr. Robert Marshall, - the whole of his Establishment consisting of four post and tent Bedsteads, large sets of mahogany Dining Tables, table and bed Linen, Plate and Table Services, Sofas, two Milch Cows, Slaves, &c. &c. and what else may appear on the day of sale.

On Tuesday the 13th inst. will be exposed for Sale at the Vendue Office: -
Half barrels Pickled herrings, do. red do. jars Tripe, Potatoes, Salt Fish, &c. 9-8 and 6-4 cotton Cambric, Cotts with frames, mattresses, pillows &c. complete, Pickles, Preserves, Raisins, French white wine vinegar, Japan ware, Glassware, Hardware, Earthen ware, Beaver hats, chairs, split pease, barrels salt, &c.
Also a good Chesnut [sic] Mare.
