Also by order of Miss Phillis Collier -
the lease of half lot of land No. 4, situated in South Street, front of
Plantation Vlissingen, with all the buildings thereon, adjoining the Premises
of C. L'Escallie, Esq. occupied by A. Caron, Esq.; the buildings consisting of
a comfortable dwelling house, with a good store below, kitchen with a brick
chimney, oven, &c. a negro house, necessary, &c. all in good order, and
there is abundant yard room; immediate possession can be given; terms 6, 9, and
12 months, in equal payments; an excellent wallaba water vat, to contain 2500
gallons, nearly as good as new, and well set up, may be sold to accommodate the
purchaser of the house.

FOLLOWING PERSONS INTEND QUITTING THE COLONY:
George Knubley, in 14 days or 6 weeks
from Dec. 16.
Mrs. Eliza Mapp, and family, and one
servant, in 14 days, from December 16.
Hendrick Millikin, a free black man in
14 days or 6 weeks, from December 22.
John Kempton, in 14 days or 6 weeks from
December 24.
Peter Game, free black man, in ditto,
from December 29.
Benjamin Thomas, with one servant, in 14
days or 6 weeks, from December 29.
The free coloured woman Ann Griffin, and
one servant, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from Dec. 29.
A. Carron, in 14 days, or six weeks,
from January 2, 1815.
H. Van Kerkwyk, by the First Convoy,
from January 2.
John Dixon, in 14 days, or 6 weeks, from
January 4.
R. D. Jeffers, and a servant, in 14 days
or six weeks, from January 7.
