Saturday, January 14, 1815.

All such Coloured and Black Persons who have not taken out their Certificates, agreeable to the Notification of the 26th of November last, are requested to apply personally for the same, every day except Sundays, between the hours of 10 and 2 o'clock, at the Colonial Secretary's Office, until Saturday the 21st instant.

On Wednesday the 1st February at the Vendue-Office, by order of Stephen Cramer, and N. M. Manget, Esqrs. q.q. L. D'Helliand - the east-half of Lot No. 16, with the buildings thereon, situated in Charles-Town, at present occupied by C. H. Campbell, Esq. Also, five or six negroes.

Whereas the following Persons have petitioned the Honorable Court of Policy of Demerary and Essequebo, for Letters of Manumission for the afternamed Slaves –
Richard Watson, Executor to the Last Will and Testament of Hester Righton Walrond, for the coloured boy Thomas Gaskin.
The black woman, Kate Munro, formerly the property of Alexander Munro, deceased, assisted by H. J. Ven [sic] der Water, for herself.
The negro woman, Margaretha, alias Aquasiba, formerly the property of D. Van Sertima, assisted by C. H. Campbell, for herself.
John Jones, for the mulatto woman Eliza, and mulatto girl Nancy.
James Allen, Acting-Executor of Kenneth Mathieson, deceased, for the negro woman Minky.
John G. Bollers, Serv. Executor of Mrs. Ann Bollers, for the three mulatto children, James, William, and Judith.
The mulatto woman Sina, formerly the property of Louis Breda, assisted by H. I. Van der Water, for self and four children, Sophia, Mientje, Cateau, and Cera.
The negro woman Lumea, formerly the property of C. G. Storm Van S'Gravesande, assisted by H. I. Van der Water, for self and her mulatto son Jan Cornelia [sic].
William Hall, for the negro woman Jonquilla, and her three children Antje, Jenny, and William.
G. Timmerman, Executor of the widow A. Timmerman, deceased, for the negro woman Jenny, and her two mulatto children, Betsey and Susannah.
J. S. Masse and J. Heraut, Executors of A. P. Heraut, deceased, for the negro woman Comba, and her infant son John Philip.
Alexander Stephenson, Curator ad lites, of Magareth [sic] Ward, alias Princess, formerly the property of A. J. Phillipart, for herself.
Catharine Austin, free coloured woman, for the negro woman Christina, and her two mulatto children Nathan and Eliza, her property.
Samuel Mansfield, assisted by A. Cart, senr. for himself.
John Lowe, for the negro Juba and six children, named Hester, Betsey, John, James, William, and Edward, his property.
All those who may have any right or title to said Slaves, &c. must give in the same previous to the Ordinary Session of the Honorable Court of Policy aforesaid on the 30th instant.

Hendrick Millikin, a free black man in 14 days or 6 weeks, from December 22.
John Kempton, in 14 days or 6 weeks from December 24.
Peter Game, free black man, in ditto, from December 29.
Benjamin Thomas, with one servant, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from December 29.
The free coloured woman Ann Griffin, and one servant, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from Dec. 29.
A. Carron, in 14 days, or six weeks, from January 2, 1815.

John Dixon, in 14 days, or 6 weeks, from January 4.
R. D. Jeffers, and a servant, in 14 days or six weeks, from January 7.

The negro woman Charlotte, formerly the property of Doctor John Frye, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from January 11.

H. J. C. Neuwieller, in 14 days, or First Convoy, from January 11.
John D. Seelig, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from January 13.

Notice is hereby given, at the request of Frances Melville, free coloured woman, Deliberating Executrix to the Last Will and Testament of the free black woman Phillidora Leith, deceased - to all persons having any demands against the Estate of the Deceased, to send them in properly attested, within six weeks from date, to the Domicilium of the said Executrix in Cumingsburg District, George-Town; and all those indebted to said Estate, to come forward with payment without delay.
