On Thursday the 9th of March, at the
Vendue-Office, by order of the Curators to the Estate of the late Reverend G.
Ryk - the following acceptances, goods, and orders, as advertised in the
Official Gazette of the 10th December last - a good of F. C. Broodhagen, for f
132 - an acceptance of F. A. Moller, f 88 - an order of Van Beusekom on Faber,
f 40 - a good of F. Yearwood, f 44 - a good of J. F. Obermuller, f 22 - a ditto
of I. I. Moliere, f 17 - 3 goods of J. F. Huesteeg, f 204 - 2 goods of
Tayspell, f 9 5 - an acceptance of J. Lachtrop, dated 9th Nov. 1803 f 2,200 -
two goods of Abrahams, f 42 10 - 9 goods of G. Zeegers, f 896.
Also, a diamond head pin.
Also, by order of his Honor the Fiscal -
the following Slaves out of the Colony Jail, according to the Regulations of
the Honorable Court of Policy, dated 17th November, 1804, at six weeks credit -
Nelson, of Mr. Payne, confined by the Proprietor - Henry, of P. Benjamin,
brought by the Dienders - Tony, of Pl. Perth, brought from Pl. Trois Amis -
Trim, of P. M'Garel, brought from Pl. Lust tot Rust.
Also, on the same terms - a Horse out of
the Colony Jail.

At the Commissary-Court of the 6th of
March, 1815, will be passed the following
Transports and Mortgages;
viz.
1. By Miss J. E. De Baart, transport of
the half lot or concession No. 55, situated in Stabroek district, with all the
buildings thereon - to the Hon. J. Johnstone, qq. Koppiers.
2. By Mrs. J. E. de Wolff, transport of
the half lot or concession, No. 5, situated on the front of Werk en Rust, with
all the buildings thereon - to Jamima Lord.
3. By the Representatives of Thomas
M'Kenzie, transport of lot No. 61, situated in Cumingsburg, to C. H. Lloyd.
4. By the Representatives of the Heirs
of John Jackson, a transport of plantation Belle Plaine, with all the negroes,
buildings, cultivation, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, situated
on the west side of the island of Wakenam - to David Cornfoot and Robert Bell.
5. By David Cornfoot and Robert Bell, a
mortgage vested on plantation Belle Plaine, with all the negroes, buildings,
cultivation, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, situated on the west
side of the island of Wakenham [sic] - in favour of the heirs of John Jackson.
6. By E. J. Henery, n. ux. transport of
the lot No. 229, Cumingsburg, with the buildings thereon, to the free Mincky
Rose, with remainder to her children Ann and George Rose.
7. By the Representatives of the Heirs
of Gaven [sic], deceased, transport of plantation Uniform, with all the
buildings, negroes, slaves, cattle, and other appurtenances - to Charles
M'Garel.
8. By Charles M'Garel, a mortgage on
plantation Uniform, cum annexis, in favour of the heirs of Gaven [sic],
deceased.
9. By the Executors of R. A. Hyndman,
deceased, a mortgage on plantations Rome and Houston, with the buildings,
slaves, cattle, and other appurtenances, in favour of the Honorable W. Fraser,
Alexander, Neilson, and Co.

Simson, Grant, & Co. from Newfoundland - a brigantine, from Montserrat -
and the schooner Governor Bentinck from Oronoque; are the only arrivals since
