Notice is hereby
given, at the request of Richard Jones, of this Colony, Esq. for himself, as
Proprietor of Plantation Vivey, and in his different capacities - to all
persons having any demands against him individually, or q.q. to send them in
properly attested, within one month from date, at the Store of Messrs.
MacIntyre & Fraser, in George-Town, or on Plantation Vevey [sic], in
Mahaica; and all those indebted, to come forward with payment, without delay.

Between J. H. Gefken, Batchelor, born in Amsterdam, being of age, on the one
part; and Miss S. W. A. Bastiaanse, born in this Colony, a minor; assisted by
and with consent of her Mother, W. M. Sanderus, and her Guardian, J.
Schoemaker, Esq. on the other part.
Any person knowing
just cause, or impediment, why the above parties should not be joined together
in Holy Matrimony, must declare the same at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
