The Board of Orphans request all persons who may be indebted to, or have claims against, the under-mentioned Estates of Persons who have died ab intestate, to make payment or render in their accounts, duly sworn or certified, before nine months from this date, at the Recorder's Office; as the said Estates, after that date, are to be given to the Court of Justice, to decide the prae and concurrence of the Creditors, and impose perpetual silence on the non-appearers: - Samuel Agard, John Ince, G. Houses For Sale. [heading]
The Lot of Land No. 16, with all the Buildings thereon, situated in Robb's-Town, extending from Middle-Street to South-Street, adjoining the premises of Messrs. W. Douglas & Co. The buildings have just undergone a thorough repair, and are most desirably situated for mercantile business; the whole will be disposed of, on very reasonable terms, to an approved purchaser.

Who wishes to purchase some House Frames, and a quantity of Wallaba and Greenheart Timber, to be delivered in Vlissingen Canal. - April 25.

For Sale, [heading]
The Plantation Maria's Delight, the property of the Subscriber; situated on the West Coast of Essequebo - comprising 500 Acres, of which 324 are under Cultivation; with the whole of the Negroes, in number 50. The Land is well adapted for the Cultivation of Cotton, and has made as good returns as any estate in these colonies; but as he will sell it purely with the view of paying his debts, he will make a sacrifice for that purpose. Any one disposed to purchase, will apply to the Subscriber on the Estate, or in town, at the house of Mr. Henry Austin, in Middle-Street.
