the one part; and Miss Sarah Ann Shillingford, born in Barbados, a minor, but
assisted by her father, M. Shillingford.
Any
person knowing any just cause, or impediment, why the above parties should not
be joined together in Holy Matrimony, must declare the same to the Revd. W. G.

By M. Deniaut, Transport of the Concession or Lot of Land No. 51, situated in
Cumingsburg - to Mary Juliana Drougoli.
2.
By the Representatives of the Estate of the Widow Dobbrauski, deceased, Sole
Heiress to the Estate of G. Angle, deceased, Transport of the Concession or Lot
No. 29, situated in Cumingsburg district, with all the Buildings thereon - to
Elizabeth Goodwin.
3.
By Andrew Mills, Transport of a certain Piece of Land, being part of the
Concession No. 18, situtated on the North Dam of Stabroek district, with all
the Buildings thereon - to Jeanette Langevin.
4.
By Colin Douglas, q.q. the Honorable Willam Lawson, of Berbice, Transport of
80 Negroes (the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this
Colony) - to the Honorable Robert Bell.
5.
By the Honorable Robert Bell, a Mortgage vested on the above 80 Negroes - in
favor of the Honorable W. Lawson.
6.
By the Representatives of the Estate of Mrs. Roberts, Transport of the
undivided on sixth part of Plantation Meerzorg, situated on Wakenham Island,
with all its appurtenances thereto belonging - to Thomas Cathery, nom. ux.
7.
By the Free Coloured Woman, M. A. Davis, Transfer [sic] of the Concession or
Lot No. 283, situated in Cumingsburg district, with all the Buildings thereon -
to Thomas Fraser.
8.
By the Honorable W. Austin, q.q. H. Davidson, Transport of the West-half of
Plantation Greenfield, situated on the East Coast of Demerary - to the
Executors of Thomas Rogers, deceased.

By Douglas, Reid, & Co. Transport of 86 Negroes (the names thereof to be
seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony) - to Joseph Beete, Jun.

By Joseph Beete, Jun. a Mortgage vested on the above 86 Negroes - in favor of
Douglas, Reid, & Co.

By the Representatives of J. D. Scantlebury, deceased, Transport of all the
right, title, and interest, in the Concession or Lot, with all the Buildings
thereon, situated in front of Plantation Cambridge, adjoining the Ferry of
Mahaica, on the West-side; and the property of Martha Landry - to J. R. Landry.

By Robert Murray, a Mortgage vested on the un-expired lease of the half Lot
No. 27, situated in Bridge-Town district, front of Plantation Vlissingen, with
all the Buildings thereon - to the Attornies of E. Mackintosh, of London.
13.
By the Representatives of John Hubbard, Transport of Plantation Columbia,
situated on the West Sea Coast of Esesquebo, with all the Buildings, Slaves,
and further appurtenances thereto belonging - to Thomas Naghten.
14.
By the Representatives of Thomas Naghten, a Mortgage of the Plantation of
Columbia, aforesaid - in favor of the Representatives of John Hubbard.
15.
By the Representatives of W. Neill, of Glasgow, a third Mortgage vested on
Plantation Make shift [sic] and Aurora, both situated on the West Coast of
Essequebo, with all the Buildings and further appurtenances thereto belonging -
in favor of Macdonald & Halket, of Glasgow, Merchants.
16.
By W. Jefferey, Transport of all his right, title, and interest, in the Water
or Mud Lot situated in Kingston district, George-Town, opposite the Concession
or Lot No. 8, with all the Buildings, alterations, and improvements - to Jushua
[sic] Ogle.
17.
By Cotton Brown, Transport of a Piece of Land, behind the premises of Miss
Sarah Waterman, being 30 feet from East to West, and the breadth of the
Concession or Lot No. 17, situated in Cumingsburg district, excepting 10 feet
on the North side, which is considered to be left as a passage to the
front-dam, with all the Buildings thereon - to William Gordon, q.q. Robert
Williamson.

On
Monday the 29th of May, by order of J. S. Masse and A. M. Fogelmark, q.q. - The
Premises of J. P. Muncker, Esq. situated in front of Werk & Rust, with its
Water-Lot adjoining the public stelling; the following Negroes - Leander, a
boat-captain; Bachus and Pango, sailors; and George, a cook. Household
Furniture, gold and silver, glass and earthen ware, 20 new puncheons, 85 marmor
pavers, a coffee pulping mill, mess pork in barrels, coffee bags, anchors and
grapnels, &c. Also a consignment of English books; brass and plated
candlesticks.
Also,
on the same day and place - a tent-beat, a chaise, and a box with chiurgical
instruments, silver handled.
