Those
Gentlemen who so liberally have subscribed for the relief of the Family of the
late Captain Greenidge, who was unfortunately lost on Mahaica bar, on the 1st
of February last, and who as yet have not been called on for the amount of
their subscriptions, are respectfully requested to leave the several amounts
with E. J. Henery, Esqr. at the Royal Gazette Office, in order that a final
remittance may be made to the Widow: - when a General Meeting of the
Subscribers will be requested, and a statement of the amount collected, and the
mode of its application, will be laid before them. - May 31.

being the anniversary of His Majesty's Birth-Day, the Brigade of George-Town
Militia, will assemble precisely at Five o'clock in the afternoon, on the
Parade Ground in Cumingsburg, to fire a feu-de-joie, in honor of the day.
