The
Undersigned offers for sale, his House - situated in Werk & Rust, Lot No.
12, and the Buildings thereon. These premises are well worth the attention of
a genteel family - having a handsome garden and good out-buildings.
Also,
a Schooner-Boat, 28 feet keel, 9 1/2 beam, and a most excellent sailer; with a
Tent-Boat, with four oars, well suited for this river; all in good order. For
any further particulars, enquire of the Undersigned.
