The
Undersigned offers for sale, the Premises now occupied by him, opposite to the
Residence of Alex. Tinne, Esqr. in the District of Stabroek. The Premises are
well calculated for a bachelor, and with a little addition might be made
comfortable for a small family. The Buildings are made of solid hard-wood and

For
Sale - a House, pleasantly situated, two stories high, 25 feet long by 16 feet
wide, raised from the ground clear 2 1/2 feet, with a fine tamarind tree
attached thereto, with wash-house, kitchen and oven - 52 feet of land more or
less, leading from east to west, and 45 feet land from north to south more or
less. The house not being more than fifteen months erected, with a bricked
road leading through the front as a passage. The same is worth the attention
of a decent family. If not disposed of at private sale, will be put up at
Vendue in the ensuing month. The same is situated on the Square formerly known
by the name of Pitman & Ashly's Square.

Transports and Mortgages;

1. By the Honourable John Wilson, q.q.
George Ingis, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 95, with all the Buildings
thereon, situated in Cumingsburg district - to Donald Macpherson.
2. By the Representatives of Anthony
Crosby Martin, and Maria Elizabeth Alleyn Martin, born Lespinasse, a Mortgage
vested on one undivided moiety of Plantation New Orange Nassau, cum annexis,
situated on the East Sea Coast of Demerary - in favour of James Bell, of
London, merchant.
3. By the Representatives of Thomas
Cuming, deceased, Transport of two Lots of Land No. 214 and 215, situated in
Cumingsburg district - to W. Langevin.
4. By J. W. Cox, a Mortgage on
Plantation Fear-not, situated on the West Sea Coast of Essequebo, with all the
Buildings, Slaves, Cultivations, and other appurtenances thereto belonging - in
favour of Messrs. Thos. Daniels and Sons, of Bristol.
5. By H. B. Fraser, Transport of two
Concessions or Lots of Land, situated in Kingston district, known sub No. 99,
and 100, with all the Buildings thereon - to Charles Simson.
6. By the Attorney of George Thompson,
Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 86, situated in Kingston district - to
Margo Cuming.
7. By Wm. Kelderman, Transport of a
Piece of Land called Industry, situated in Supenaam Creek, Essequebo, with all
the Buildings thereon, and a number of Sixty Slaves, (the names thereof to be
seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony) - to A. Henderson and H. Junor.
8. By Alex. Henderson and Hugh Junor, a
First Mortgage on said Piece of Land, Industry, cum annexis, and on said Sixty
Slaves - in favour of J. P. Holtz.
9. By Alex. Henderson and Hugh Junor, a
Second Mortgage on said Piece of Land, Industry, cum annexis, and on said Sixty
Slaves - in favour of William Kelderman.
10. By the Representatives of the Estate
of J. Van den Paadevoort, deceased, Transport of the House and Out-Buildings,
situated on two Lots of Land in front of Plantation Vlissingen, known on the
chart as sub. No. 3 and 4, and also of his right, title, and interest, in the
said land during the present Lease - to P. A. De Veer.
11. By the Attornies of Plantation Le
Repentir, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 26, situated in Charles-Town
district, with all the Buildings thereon - to Christina Swaan.
12. By Christian Swaan, Transport of the
foregoing Concession No. 26, situated as before, with all the Buildings thereon
- to G. H. Van Senden.

Notice
is hereby given, at the request of Joseph Beete, Esqr. to all whom it may
concern, that Anthony Bone, Esqr. formerly a Partner in the now-dissolved Firm
of Beete & Bone, and Beete, Ridley, and Bone, having lately transferred all
his right, title, and interest in the said Firms, to the said Joseph Beete -
notice is hereby given, that the said Joseph Beete, will in future, be alone
authorised to settle and liquidate the affairs of the above-mentioned Firms, as
far as relates to the share of the said Anthony Bone.

Anniversary of the Birth-day of the Duke of York, was commemorated on Wednesday
by the 60th regiment, of which His Royal Highness is Colonel in Chief. The
most distinguished members of the community, were also entertained, at the
King's House, by His Excellency Colonel Codd.

8. - His Excellency Major-General Murray came passenger in the transport Dee,
which arrived yesterday morning from Demerary.

On
Friday the 1st of September, will be sold, by order of the Board of Orphans and
Unprovided Estates - Wearing apparel, furniture, watches, a polygraph, negroes,
horses, &c. being the Boedels of the following persons, viz. William
Felderhoff, John Lewosen, Nicholas Lynch, P. J. A. Tinne, Amelia Janson,
William M'Nish, P. Middelleburgh [sic], Betsey Gehricke, H. Fluyt, J. E.
Denevan, R. P. Conway, Amor Cornelisson Karseboom; and such others as may come
to the Orphan Chamber previous to the day of sale.

19. Kingston & Mills.
On
Monday the 4th of September, by order of George Lacy, Esq. q.q. - Nine capable
Boat-Builders, named Mulatto Jack, Tytus, Tom, Shakespeare, Peter, Coffee,
John, Ashley, and Sharper, at 3 and 6 months credit.
Also,
six carpenters and sawyers, fourteen prime field negroes, and two good
washer-women.
Also,
by order of Mr. John Browne - his interest in the two Mud Lots No. 2 and 3, and
stelling, with the Buildings thereon, situated in front of South-street,
Bridge-Town. The said property may be viewed previous to the day of sale; the
terms will be liberal and made known on that day.
Also,
by order of W. Grant - the Half-Lot No. 51, North-dam, Stabroek, adjoining Dr.
Mickerts, with a dwelling-house, side-building, which contains two negro rooms,
a kitchen, necessary, and a garden.
