The
undersigned offers for sale, his well situated corner Lot (being a whole large
Concession) No. 9, with the Water-Lot annexed, extending to low-water mark, and
about 100 feet breadth in Charles Town district, opposite A. Barkey, Esq. on
which is erected a convenient dwelling-house, 30 feet by 16, one and a half story
high, boarded in with greenheart, floored with three crab-wood floors, with a
porch, &c. Also, a large Logie, 74 feet by 30, high till the beam 16 feet,
sheds are to the south-side of the Logie, 70 feet by 14, serving for
negro-houses, store, kitchen, with oven, &c. railed in with wallaba staves
of 6 feet, and posts, with green-heart laths; it is exceedingly well adapted,
and well worth the attention of Merchants, Boat-Builders, Carpenters, Sawyers,
and speculators in the wood line, in consequence of laying on the south-side of
Plantation Repentir's draining trench. For particulars apply to
