Notice.
- The Subscriber, desirous of immediately discharging all demands against him,
or Plantation Bushy Park, requests the holders of such demands to meet at the
house of Messrs. H. T. Ferguson & Co. on Wednesday Morning next, at 8
o'clock - when the Hon. G. J. Goppy, as Acting-Sequestrator to the Estate of
Bushy Park, together with Park Benjamin, Esqr. as a principal Creditor, will
lay before them the particulars of such property, as he trust will be fully
adequate to the discharging all such demands - agreeable to a certain document,
signed some time since.

Thursday the 18th instant, at the Vendue-Office, by order of Jacobus
Schoemaker, Esqr. Executor of E. C. Eli, deceased - The Concession No. 12, with
the two Dwelling Houses and Out-Offices thereon, situated in Stabroek.
The
Premises will in the first instance be divided into two lots and put up
separately, and afterwards the whole together - when the offer most
advantageous to the Estate of the Deceased, is to be abided by. Terms - 6, 12,
18, & 24 months' credit.
