For Sale - the
healthy and pleasantly situated Concession No. 48, on the middle-dam of
Stabroek, with all the Buildings thereon, at present occupied by the
Undersigned - which are all in good repair. Also, three-quarters of the Lot
No. 49, and a half Lot No. 50, on the north dam of Stabroek, with all the
buildings thereon. Should any person be inclined to buy the whole, liberal
terms will be given. For further particulars, apply to

in Charles-Town, with the Dwelling-House, and out-house, known as No. 30; a
Piece of Land, situated on the upper-part of this river, opposite Plantation
Princess Caroline; 3 cows and a calf, a sopha, a press, chairs, tables, water
jars, vats, glass ware, a liquor case, and what further may appear.
