Marius, at his House in front of Plantation Vereeniging, at Mahaica - the following valuable Slaves, viz: - Tom, Phillip, and Philander, field negroes; Judy, a washer-woman, Araminda, a girl about 14 years old; and Peggy, formerly the property of J. Munro; - Household Furniture, gold and silver watches, silver spoons and forks, &c. a chaise and horses, cattle; Encyclopaedia, 5 volumes, in folio, amputating and other instruments, Glauber salts, and what further may appear on the day of sale. Terms, three months' credit.

1. By Martinus Smit, Transport of the North-Half of Plantation Dankbaarheid or Lot No. 5, situated in the Mahaicony Creek, being 125 Acres, more or less, with all the Buildings and Cultivation thereon - to Marc Mauvielle.
2. By the Representatives of the Estate of C. T. Tinne, deceased, Transport of the North-Half of the Concession or Lot No. 64, situated on the South-Side of the Brick-dam of Stabroek District, with all the Buildings thereon - to J. Meyer.
3. By Magdalaine Martin, Transport of the One-Fourth Lot of Land No. 40, situated in Werk & Rust district, with all the Buildings thereon - to the Widow H. Fasy.
4. By the Widow H. Fasy, Transport of the aforesaid 1/4 Lot No. 40, situated as before, to W. Deeges.
5. By E. Austin, q.q. Thos. Daniel & Co. of London, Transport of the Buildings on Lot No. 12, situated in front of Plantation Vlissingen; and also of all his right, title, and interest, in the Land during the present Lease - to J. H. & N. W. Pollard.

16. By A. Dey, prive and nom. ux. Transport of Plantation Bushy Park, situated on the West Coast of Demerary, with all the Buildings, Slaves, Cultivations, and further appurtenances, thereto belonging - in favor of Richard Daly, Guardian of the Minor Richard Ryan.
17. By A. Dey, prive and nom. ux. Transport of Plantation Ryan's Addition, situated on Leguan Island - to Philip Burrows.
18. By Philip Burrows, a Mortgage on Plantation Ryan's Addition, situated as before - in favor of Rich. Daly, Guardian to the Minor, R. Ryan; and in favor of George Daly, q.q. the Heirs of Michael White.
19. By A. Van der Haas, Transport of the Half Concession or Lot No. 12, situated in front of Plantation Werk & Rust, with all the Buildings thereon - to A. M. Fogelmark.
20. By the Representatives of the Estate of H. Hazeman, deceased, Transport of the Half Concession or Lot No. 18, more or less, situated on the Brick-Dam of Stabroek district, with all the Buildings thereon - to Mrs. Mary Ann Dowding.
21. By Mrs. Mary Ann Dowding, Transport of the above Half Lot No. 18, more or less - to H. Kamerling.
22. By P. Pool, a Mortgage on Plantation Broek & Waterland, situated on the East Bank of Mahaica Creek, with all the Buildings thereon, and a number of Eight Slaves, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of the Creditors of P. Pool.
23. By E. Bishop, Jr. Transport of Plantation Dordrecht, situated on Wakenham Island, with all the Buildings thereon, and a number of Fourteen Negroes - to H. Ragge.
24. By A. Cart, q.q. Mrs. Keir, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 237, situated in Cumingsburg district, with all the Buildings thereon - to J. W. Mapp.
25. By Tulloh and Appleton, a Third Mortgage on Plantation Good Success, situated on Wakenham Island, with a number of 30 Negroes; and a First Mortgage on 61 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of R. Bogle & Co. of Glasgow.
26. By the Honorable J. Johnstone, q.q. the Heirs of G. H. Koppiers, Transport of a Piece of Land, situated in the Canal No. 1, West Bank, River Demerary, known by the name of M. E. F. and in future to be called Orange Field - to S. R. Nurse.
27. By R. S. [sic] Nurse, a First Mortgage on said Piece of Land, situated as before, with a number of 12 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony, in favour of the Heir of P. [sic] H. Koppiers.
28. By L. P. Van Braam, Transport of the Buildings situated on the Concession or Lot of Land Letter E, on the South-Side of the Brick Dam of Stabroek; as also of all his right, title, and interest in said Land, to C. Van Wieringen.
29. By the Representatives of Turing & Co. a Transport of Plantation Craig, situated on the East Bank of Demerary river, cum annexis - to the Heirs of C. M. Overweg.
30. By the Representatives of C. M. Overweg, deceased, a Transport of Plantation Craig, situated as above - to W. N. Firebrace.
31. By W. N. Firebrace, Two Mortgages, one vested on Plantation Success, with 25 Slaves; and one vested on Plantation Craig, with all the Buildings, Land, Cultivations, and 40 Slaves; both situated on the East Bank of this River, the names of the Slaves to be seen at this Office - in favor of Bolton & Littledale.
