Notice is hereby given to all concerned, that this Board have yesterday delivered in to the Honorable Court of Criminal and Civil Justice, for their decision on the prae and concurrentia, the following Boedels, viz: - G. Rix, A. M'Aulay, H. Joseph, Ths. Making, M. Thompson, R. Forster, J. A. C. Hallrung, H. Ochs, R. Tapers, T. Meyers, J. T. Widmann, D. McFaghan, T. Nanton, free woman Mietje, James Craig, J. C. His Excellency the Commander in Chief, has been pleased to make the following Promotions in the Essequebo Militia: -
FIRST BATTALION.
2d Company. - Supernumerary-Lieutenant Donald Macqueen, to be First Lieutenant - vice J. Thierens, superseded, being absent without leave.
J. B. Nugent, Gent. to be Second Lieutenant - vice E. Higgins, superseded, being absent without leave.
4th Company. - Supernumerary Captain J. A. Lamferman, to be Captain.
Supernumerary Lieutenant J. E. Frantzen, to be First Lieutenant - vice A. J. Stoll, removed from the district.
SECOND BATTALION.
2d Company. - Lieutenant Edward Bishop, to be captain - vice A. Johnstone, left the Colony.
Supernumerary Lieutenant H. J. Austin, to be First Lieutenant - vice Bishop, promoted.
3d Company. - Lieutenant J. C. Spieringshoek, to be Captain - vice the Hon. C. Bean, resigned.
James Otterbein, Gent. to be Second Lieutenant.
4th Company. - Lieutenant Alex. Wishart, to be Captain - vice Ridley, removed from the district.
Supernumerary Lieutenant Benjamin Kingston, to be First Lieutenant - vice Wishart, promoted.

The Subscribers have imported per Brig Fairless, from Boston, and Ship Hannah, from Portland the following articles - which will be sold at the undermentioned reduced prices, for Cash, Bills of Exchange, or Produce: -
White Pine Lumber, at f 165 per M.
Red Oak Staves, at f 121 per M.
Wood Hoops, at f 154 per M.
Tar per barrel, f 30.
Pitch and Rosin, f 33 per barrel.
Large spruce spars, small ditto fit for plantation boats, punt and boat oars, flour in whole and half barrels, pilot and navy bread in barrels, tobacco of first quality, shooks and heading.
35 Horses, 12 sheep.

The above Brig will be chartered on advantageous terms, for London, Liverpool, or Glasgow.
