Notice is hereby
given to all concerned, that this Board have yesterday delivered in to the
Honorable Court of Criminal and Civil Justice, for their decision on the prae

Commander in Chief, has been pleased to make the following Promotions in the Essequebo
Militia: -
FIRST BATTALION.
2d Company. -
Supernumerary-Lieutenant Donald Macqueen, to be First Lieutenant - vice J.
Thierens, superseded, being absent without leave.

to be Second Lieutenant - vice E. Higgins, superseded, being absent without
leave.
4th Company. -
Supernumerary Captain J. A. Lamferman, to be Captain.
