The Subscriber
offers for sale the Premises she now occupies, situated in an airy and pleasant
part of Cumingsburg; the Dwelling-House is very commodious and in complete
repair, and contains many roomy and comfortable apartments. There is also an
appropriate appendage of Out-Buildings consisting of a very convenient kitchen,
good stabling for two horses, negro houses, and also a garden; the whole
forming an eligible establishment worthy the notice and attention of a genteel
family.
Application to be
made to the Subscriber, and terms of payment will be rendered easy to an
approved purchaser.

On Monday the 14th
of December, at the Vendue-Office, by direction of the Curators of the
Insolvent Boedel of the late Nicholas Rousselet - The Lots and Buildings
situated in Charles-Town District, commonly called Yorkshire Hall, being a
desirable residence and comprising three Lots of Land, No. 1, 2, and 29, at
present in the occupation of A. M. Meertens, &c.
The Lots and
Buildings in Stabroek District, in the occupation of R. Harding, Esqr. No. 40,
and half No. 41. The dwelling-house is a very large, airy and pleasant one -
well calculated for a school, with convenient out-buildings, and futher [sic]
advantage of a brick cistern for the supply of water.
A Lot of Land,
situated in Canal No. 3, named Sans Souci, formerly belonging to F. Croll
[sic], deceased, containing 250 acres, or 100 rood facade by 750 deep.

der Markt, a Mortgage vested on Eight Slaves, the names thereof to be seen at
the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of Maria Schwabe.
2. By J. P.
Slengarde, Transport of 130 roods facade, more or less, by 750 roods depth,
more or less, of the grounds called Susanna's Rust, situated on the East Bank
of the River Demerary, between the grounds of Mrs. M. Z. Wagner and J. Fletcher
- to Samuel James.
3. By John
Barnwell, Transport of all his Right, Title, and Interest in Plantation Melville,
situated in the Mahaica Creek, known sub. No. 20, with all the Buildings
thereon - to Farquhar Campbell.
4. By Charles Van
Baerle, a First Mortgage on Forty Negroes, and a Second Mortgage on Plantation
New Bee Hive, situated on the East Coast of Demerary, with all the Buildings,
Negroes, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, (the names of the negroes
to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony) in favour of Thomas Daniel
and Sons of Bristol.

Representatives of the Heirs of Wm. Irish Morson, deceased, a Renewal of a
First Mortgage on Plantation Mindenburg, situated on the West Bank of the River
Demerary, in favour of E. M'Kern.
