On Monday the 15th of January, by order of J. C. Luders, q.q. the Widow C. Kalenberg, on the Premises - The House at present occupied by the said Widow Kalenberg, situated in Werk and Rust, being on-third of concession No. 12, more or less - a comfortable family residence, having every accommodation; the half concession No. 38, situated on Werk & Rust, with the buildings thereon, consisting of two dwelling-houses, out-house, kitchen, and necessary; the quarter-concession No. 40, situated on Werk and Rust, with the buildings thereon, consisting of two dwelling houses, out-house, kitchen, and necessary. Also, some valuable slaves, a sloop boat, a chaise, an organ in complete repair, and what further may be produced on the day of sale.

Richard Hinkson, and Miss S. A. Hinkson, with 4 servants in 14 days or six weeks, from December 9.
Samuel Cordew, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from December 11.
Henry F. Hart, in 14 days or 6 weeks, from December 11.
Miss Mary Ashby, and one servant, in 14 days or six weeks, from December 11.
Lewis Forrester, and Lady, with 2 servants, in 14 days or six weeks, from December 11.

At the Commissary Court on the 8th of January, 1816, will be passed, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By Mary Ostream, Transport of the half Concession No. 113, situated in Cumingsburg District, with all the Buildings thereon - to Hubert Fox.
2. By the Representatives of Plantation Le Repentir, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 38, situated in Charles-Town District - to L. Breda.
3. J. B. Theysse, Transport of Plantation (formerly called Rien sans Peine, now) Henrietta, situated on Leguan Island, between Plantation Vrouw Anna and the Grounds of Mr. H. Frost, with all the Buildings thereon - to A. Van Ryck de Groot.
4. By A. Van Ryck de Groot, Transport of the aforesaid Plantation Henrietta, situated as before, with all the Buildings and Cultivations thereon - to William Roach.
5. By William Roach, a first Mortgage on Plantation Henrietta, situated as before, with all the Buildings, Cultivations, and a number of 12 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favour of A. Van Ryck de Groot.
6. By William Bowing, Transport of a piece of a Water Lot, situated in Werk en Rust District, between the front part of Lot No. 1, and the logie of Messrs. M'Inroy, Sandbach, and Co. - to Alexander Cassie.
7. By the Representative of the Heirs of F. C. Loncke, dec. Transport of Plantation Strick en Heuvel, situated on the west bank of the river Demerary; also, Transport of Plantation Elizabeth, situated on the east bank of said river; and of the Grounds formerly called the Bell, now Elizabeth, situated on the west bank of said river, and such, with all the Buildings, Cultivations, Negroes, and further appurtenances thereto belonging - to A. M. Meertens.
8. By A. M. Meertens, a Second Mortgage on said Plantation Strick en Heuvel, and a First Mortgage on said Plantation Elizabeth, and on the Grounds formerly called the Bell, now Elizabeth, situated as before, with all the Buildings, Cultivations, Negroes, and further appurtenances on both Estates - in favor of the Heirs of F. C. Loncke, dec.
9. By George Lacy, a first Mortgage on the Buildings on Lot No. 32, situated in Columbia District, in front of Plantation Vlissengen [sic], and on a number of 20 Slaves, named as follows: - John, Jack, Yerima, Profit, William, Cuffie, Cudjoe, Crawford, Tom, Cita, Tom No. 2, Sevinae, Jonas, Antigua, Tim, Henry, Thomas, Semira, Liesse, and Sarah, in favour of Messrs. Fullerton, Oliverson, and Co.
10. By John Campbell, Sen. and Co. and Colin Campbell, Merchants in Glasgow, Transport of Plantation Hope and Success, or Lots No. 48 and 49, situated on the West Sea Coast of Essequebo, with all the Buildings, Slaves, Cultivations, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, to Alexander Campbell and Colin Campbell, both partners in the said firm of John Campbell, Sen. and Co.
11. By the Widow F. Kreekel, a Mortgage on the Brickery, called Onderneeming, situated on Hog Island, with all the Buildings thereon, and a number of 30 Negroes, in favour of Jacobus Schoemaker.
12. By Thomas Cathrey, Transport of Plantation Begin in 't Bosch, situated on Leguan Island, between Plantation Doornhaag and Richmond Hill - to A. H. Van Beuschom.
13. By A. H. Van Beuschom, Transport of Plantation Begin in 't Bosch, in future to be called Chateau Truro, situated as before, with all the Buildings thereon, and a number of 15 Slaves - to Samuel Phippen.
14. By Samuel Phippen, a Mortgage on said Plantation Begin in 't Bosch, in future to be called Chateau Truro, situated as before, with a number of 15 Slaves, (and an additional number of 12 Slaves, the property of the said Samuel Phippen) - in favor of A. H. Van Beusekom [sic].
15. By Philip Burrows a Mortgage on Plantation Ryan's Addition, (in future to be called Waterloo), situated on Leguan Island, with all the Buildings thereon, and a number of 30 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favour of Richard Daly, Guardian over the minor Richard Ryan, and in favor of George Daly, q.q. the Heirs of Michael White.
16. By Z. H. Gieben, Transport of the West Quarter (more or less) of Lot No. 33, situated in Werk & Rust district, with all the Buildings thereon - to the Widow P. Iskenius.
17. By the Representatives of the Estate of the late Honble. W. Robertson, deceased, Transport of Plantation Maryville & Liberty, situated on Leguan Island, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, and a number of 110 Negroes - to Charles Lamont Robertson and John Noble.
18. By Charles Lamont Robertson and John Noble, a First Mortgage on the said Plantation Maryville and Liberty, situated as before, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, 110 Negroes, and an additional number of 50 Negroes - in favor of Messrs. Bolton and Littledale of Liverpool.
19. By the Representatives of the Heirs of Adam Keyser, deceased, Transport of the Lands situated on the East Bank of the River Essequebo, between the creeks Alky or Aliky, and Ithaka - to F. W. Ruperti.
20. By F. W. Ruperti, Transport of the above Land and the Saw-Mill thereon, now called Aliky, situated as before, with a number of 20 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - to Thomas Cathrey.
21. By Thomas Cathrey, a First Mortgage on the above Land and Saw Mill, now called Aliky, and on the above 20 Negroes - in favor of B. Hebbelinck and F. W. Ruperti.
22. By V. Wyeth, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 168, situated in Cumingsburg district - to Edward Hansler.
23. By C. R. Playter, q.q. Robert Taitt and W. Kewley, Curators to the Insolvent Estate of Richard Barry [sic], Transport of Plantation Cambridge, situated in Mahaica - to J. Perry.
24. By Arthur McKenzie, a Mortgage on 20 Negroes, the name thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of Messrs. Underwood, Hall, & Co. of London.
25. By C. M'Garel, q.q. John M'Cammon, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 45, situated in Cumingsburg district - to Sarah Barnwell.
26. By the Representatives of Plantation La Repentier [sic], Transport of the Half-Concession No. 30, situated in Charles Town district - to the Heir of the Widow E. J. de Wolff, deceased.
27. By J. C. Schultz, a renewal of a First Mortgage on Plantation Leliendaal, situated on the East-Coast of the River Demerary - in favor of J. J. B. Heemskerk.
28. By Richard Daly, as Father, and Natural Guardian over his daughter E. Daly, Transport of a Piece of Land, being 100 roods facade, by 750 roods depth, adjoining the upper-side of Plantation Naamryk, situated on the West Coast of Demerary River, with all the Buildings and further appurtenances thereto belonging - to John M'Farquhar.
29. By Charles Simson, Transport of two Concessions or Lots of Land, known sub. No. 99 and 100, situated in Kingston District, with all the Buildings thereon - to Francis Dallas.
30. By Ana Sanderson, Transport of the West one-third of the Concession or Lot No. 37, with all the Buildings thereon, situated in Bridge-Town, together with all her right, title, and interest, in the Lease of said one-third Lot, during the present Lease - to Mary Ann Waldron.
31. By John Noble, Transport of the East-Half of Lots No. 272 and 273, situated in Cumingsburg district, with all the Buildings thereon - to G. H. Bagaley.
