The Subscriber, intending to depart for Europe in the beginning of May next, offers for sale that most valuable Piece of Timber Land in Hayiama Creek, up Demerary River, called Good Intent. This land has not only the advantage of a large part in the main Creek, but has also the Creek called Oboediaboe, belonging to it; in which there is a great deal of timber, such as Greenheart, Wallaba, Cabakaly, Siraobabaly, and many other kinds - with a great abundance of fire-wood and troulies in both creeks.
He has also for sale, his house and Lot No. 3, in front of Plantation Repentir, called Charles-Town; at present occupied by J. P. Slingard, Esqr.
Any person wishing to purchase any of the said Properties, will please to apply, either to the Subscriber at the above-mentioned Place in Hayiama, or J. F. Sills, Esqr. in George-Town.
Should the above not be sold before the 1st of may next, they will be then sold at Public Vendue.

Banns of Matrimony - between Thomas B. Kemp, born in St. Vincent, batchelor, being of age, and of the Presbyterian Religion, on the one part; and Miss Elizabeth R. Hunrer [sic], born in this Colony, of the Protestant Religion, a minor, assisted by her brother, G. A. Hunter.
Any person knowing any just cause or impediment, why the above parties should not be joined together in Holy Matrimony, must declare the same at the Colonial-Secretary's Office.

1. By the Executors of the late John Johnson, decd. Transport of the Concessions or Lots No. 48 and 49, situated in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - to the Honble. G. J. Goppy.
2. By the Honble. G. J. Goppy, Transport of the Concession No. 44, situated in Cumingsburg district - to S. O. Nurse.
3. By the Honble. M. Visser, Transport of the Plantation Hope (in future to be called Bagatelle), situated on the West-bank of the Mahaica Creek, being 125 acres of Land, more or less, with all the cultivation thereon - to John Barnwell.
4. By the Representative of the Estate of B. Walrond, decd. Transport of Fifty Eight Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - to William Odwin.
5. By William Odwin, a Mortgage on the aforesaid Fifty Eight Negroes - in favour of Messrs. Underwood, Hall, & Co. of London.
6. By the Honble. Theophilus Williams, a Mortgage on three Lots of Land, situated in Cumingsburg district, George Town, known sub. No. 58, 96 and 97, with all the buildings thereon, and on a number of eleven Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - in favour of Messrs. Robert Bogle & Co. of Glasgow.
7. By the Honble, M. Visser, Transport of Ninety Five Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - to T. Cathrey.
8. By T. Cathrey, A Mortgage on the aforesaid Ninety Five Negroes - in favour of the Hon. M. Visser.
9. By the Honble. Wm. Munro, a First Mortgage on Plantation Novar, situated on the East Sea Coast of the River Demerary, with all the buildings, cultivation, and a number of One Hundred and Sixty Negroes - in favour of Messrs. Thomas Daniel and Sons, of Bristol.
10. By M. J. Retemeyer, q.q. the Estate of E. C. Overbroek, deceased, a renewal of a Second Mortgage, vested on Plantation Nismes, situated on the West-bank of the River Demerary - in favour of the Heirs of H. Swart, of Middelburg, deceased.
11. By H. B. Maggee, Transport of the South-half of Lot No. 88, with all the buildings thereon, situated in Cumingsburg district - to Henry Harwood.

By John Browne, Transport of Twenty feet, more or less, of the South end of the trench and parapet Lot No. 2, situated next the front dam, corner of Regent Street, in front of Plantation Vlissingen, with all the buildings thereon, together with all his right, title, and interest in the Land, during the present Lease - to J. L. Forrester.
18. By John Browne, Transport of the remainder of the above trench and parapet Lot No. 2, extending to South-street, Bridge-Town district, in front of Plantation Vlissingen, with all his right, title, and interest in the Land during the present Lease - to G. M. Forrester.
19. By H. Ragge, Transport of Plantation Dordrecht, situated on Wakenaam Island, Essequebo, with all the buildings, cultivations, and a number of Twenty One Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - to N. Hazelwood.

Hazelwood, a First Mortgage on the aforesaid Plantation Dordrecht, situated as before, with all the buildings, cultivations, and a number of Seventy Four Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - in favour of Messrs. Robert Bogle and Co. of Glasgow.
21. By the Attorney of N. Hazelwood, a Third Mortgage on Plantation Caledonia, situated on Wakenaam Island, with all the buildings, cultivation, and a number of Forty Three Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - in favour of Messrs. Robert Bogle and Co. of Glasgow.
22. By G. Lacy, q.q. C. A. De Florimont, and Mrs. P. G. de Florimont, born de Witt, Transport of Plantation Le Reduit, situated on the East Sea Coast of the river Demerary, with all the buildings, cultivation, slaves, and further appurtenances thereto belonging; agreeable to an Inventory and appraisement thereof, bearing date the 2d January, 1816 - to George Lacy.
23. By George Lacy, a renewal of a First Mortgage on Plantation Le Reduit, situated as before, with all its appurtenances, being a debt originally contracted by C. A. de Florimont - in favor of Portielje & Molkenboer.
24. By George Lacy, a Second Mortgage on Plantation Le Reduit, and appurtenances, situated as before, being a debt originally due by C. A. de Florimont - in favour of P. Le Jolle, of Amsterdam.

33. By John Sampson, free coloured man, Transport of the West Sixth Part of Lot No. 92, situated in Cumingsburg District, with all the Buildings thereon, to William Seymour.

35. P. A. Moller, Transport of Plantation Nineve, situated on the Aroabische Coast, Essequebo, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, and a number of 58 Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - to Edward Austin.
36. By Edward Austin, a Second Mortgage on Plantation Nineve, situated as before, together with 180 Negroes thereunto attached, and a First Mortgage on 40 additional Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favour of Bolton and Littledale, of Liverpool.
