The
Premises at present occupied by Mrs. M. E. Henery, or part. They consist of a
Store, 60 by 22; on the first floor, a dining and drawing-room; a second floor,
four bed rooms; a side building 60 by 20, flush; a ditto, 45 by 24, with good
rooms above; kitchen, wash-house, stable, and chaise house; a large yard with
many fruit trees in bearing. Whatever alterations are required, may be made. -

The
Subscriber being desirous of quitting the Colony for America, requests all
those having demands against the Estate of the late Mrs. Elizabeth Jones, to
render them properly attested; and those indebted to said Estate, will have the
goodness to make payment without delay.
