Bargain to be Sold !!! [heading]
Lot
No. 3, Robb's Town, with all the Buildings thereon; consisting of one large
commodious dwelling house, well calculated for mercantile business, situated in
South-Street, with necessary out-buildings, stabling, kitchen, yard room,
&c.
Also
- two small Buildings belonging to said Lot, situated in Regent-Street, which,
without interfering with it, bring a handsome revenue by letting.

is hereby given, that all Persons indebted to the late Firm of Aulert &
Stevenson, are requested to settle the same within six weeks from date, either
with Mr. J. Runnels, or with A. Aulert, as all unsettled accounts will be
placed in the hands of Messrs. Baggs and Cantzlaar, without respect to persons;
and all those having demands against the late firm of Aulert and Stevenson, are
requested to render the same for liquidation, at the house of A. Aulert, No.
20, Brick-dam, Stabroek.
