Sale. [heading]
The
Premises, the property of G. H. Bagaley, pleasantly situated in Cumingsburg,
having an agreeable prospect of the River's mouth; and known on the town-chart
as the east-half Lots of No. 272 and 273.
The
Buildings are not yet two years old, built throughout of colonial woods, and of
the best materials - comprising a commodious and roomy Dwelling, kitchen,
horse-stable, with other out houses, and all other appurtenances requisite for
a family residence. There are spacious enclosures for panteries [sic] and
kitchen garden, planted around with cocoa-nut trees. Inspection can take place
any day, and immediate possession given to an approved purchaser.
Also,
an excellent Spanish Saddle-Horse, with saddle and bridle.

requests the favour of those having claims or demands yet unpaid, against the
said G. H. Bagaley, contracted by him in person, or by his written order, to
render them to him in his quality, for examination and liquidation. No account
will be allowed without proper vouchers, or sworn to. - May 31.

by order of Anthony Barkey, q.q. Charles Vincent, Esq. - Household Furniture,
five negro men, a few head of cattle, some sheep, &c. Also, Concession No.
23, with a port of the adjoining Lot, as it now stands, railed in, lately
occupied by Charles Vincent, Esq. Terms for the Negroes, 2 and 6 months credit
- for the Lots 6, 12, and 18 months.
Also.
by order H. I. C. Neuwiller, Guardian appointed over the Fatherly Portion of
Miss H. Mutz - a negro woman Rose, a house servant and washer, with her two
children, one nine years old, the other two years.

By
Virtue of an Order from the Honorable the Court of Criminal and Civil Justice,
for the United Colony of Demerary and Essequebo, are hereby summoned all known
and unknown Creditors, against the Estate of Amos Leeds, dec. (to which Estate
James Lyons and T. T. Thompson, are appointed Curators), to give in their
claimes [sic] properly substantiated, with the documents and vouchers thereto
belonging, at the first and following days, of the next ordinary meeting of the
said Court, in the month of June next ensuing; in order that a decision of Prae
and Concurrentiae may be held on the net proceeds of the said Estate, and a
perpetium silentium granted against those Creditors who do not chuse to appear.
