At the Commissary Court of the 1st of July, 1816, will be passed, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By Geo. Buchanan, q.q. D. Cargill, transport of the half concession No. 8, situated in Werk en Rust district, with all the buildings thereon - to Harriet Whiteman.
2. By I. I. L. Molier, nom. ux. a removal of a first mortgage vested on the Plantation Den Amstel, situated on the West coast of the river Demerary - in favor of J. J. Bysterus Heimskerk.
3. By J. H. Albouy, transport of the buildings situated on one-third of the concession or lot No. 23, in front of Plantation Vlissingen, Bridge-Town district, together with all his right, title, and interest in the land, during the present sale - to S. Butts.
4. By the Honble. J. Wilson, Executor to the last Will of Joseph Hamer, deceased, a renewal of a first mortgage vested on Plantation Mon Repos, situated on the East coast of the river Demerary - in favor of J. J. Bysterus Heemskerk.
5. By Colin Douglas, for self, and as Attorney of J. F. and A. Douglas, transport of one hundred and eight negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - to F. C. Elbers.
6. By F. C. Elbers, transport of one-half of Plantation Vereeniging, situated on the West bank of the river Mahaica, with all the buildings, cultivation, and half of two hundred and twenty-three negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this colony - to Colin Douglas, for self, and q.q. J. F. and A. Douglas, of Glasgow.
7. By F. C. Elbers, Curator to the Estate of S. Challoner, deceased, transport of a Piece of Land, situated in front of Plantation Tranquility, being two and a half acres of land, or there-about, with the front-dam covering the Lot, as far as the dam may extend, together with a slip of Land annexed, (about eight acres more or less), situated on the West bank of the Mahaica river, bounding the land formerly called Chance-Hall, on the North, and the public road on the South and West, (without prejudice to the right of drainage of Plantation Tranquility); with all the buildings thereon, all agreeable to an appointment of the Honble. the Court of Justice of this Colony, bearing the date 23d April 1186 - to Sarah Foster.
8. By J. A. Lanferman, transport of the Plantation Catharina Elizabeth, or Lot No. 1, situate on the West coast of Essequebo, with all the buildings and cultivation thereon - to the Heirs of the Widow of Antonie Timmerman, deceased.
9. By the Representatives of the Heirs of the Widow of Antonie Timmerman, deceased, transport of the aforesaid Plantation Cartharina-Elizabeth [sic], situate as before, with all the buildings and cultivation thereon - to J. J. Gilgeous.
10. By J. J. Gilgeous, a first mortgage on the aforesaid plantation Catharina-Elizabeth, situated as before, with all the buildings, cultivation, and a number of twelve negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's office of this colony - in favour of the heirs of the widow Antonie Timmerman, deceased.
11. By the Representatives of Thomas Cuming, deceased, transport of the concession or lot No. 343, situated in Cumingsburg district - to Mary Bollers.
12. By Mary Bollers, transport of the aforesaid Concession No. 343, situate as before, with all the buildings thereon – to Henry Strange.
13. By the Representatives of Thos. Cuming, deceased, transport of the concession No. 175, situate in Cumingsburg district – to D. Gold.
14. By D. Gold, transport of the buildings situated on Lot No. 7, in America-Street, front of Plantation Vlissigen, together with all his right, title, and interest in the land during the present lease – to Alex. Macrae and Co.
15. By the Representatives of Plantation Le Repentir, transport of the half concession No. 36, situate in Charles-Town district – to John Jonker.
16. By the Representative of Plantation Vriesland, situate on the West bank of the river Demerary, a renewal of a first mortgage vested on said Plantation – in favor of the Loan under direction of Messrs. Boddaert & Co. of Middelburg.
17. By J. Sampson, transport of 55 feet in front, by 100 feet in depth, being the easterly part of the concession or lot No. 20, situate in Werk & Rust district, adjoining the concession of J. Van Well – to J. Pantliz.
18. By Elizabeth Adams, transport of the east half of the concession No. 32, situate in Charles-Town district, with all the buildings thereon – to J. B. Hoppe.
