Notice is hereby given, that Chs.
Edmonstone, Esq. has chosen his domicilium citandi et executandi at plantation
Vreedenstein, west bank River Demerary.

At the Commissary Court of the 3d March,
1817, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By the free coloured woman Susan
Bollers, Transport of Lot No. 213, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all
the Buildings thereon - to -- Giddes.
2. By the Representative of the Heirs
of John Jackson, deceased, Transport of plantation Belle Plaine, with all the
Negroes, Buildings, Cultivation, and further appurtenances thereto belonging,
situate on the west side of Wackenham Island - to David Cornfoot and Robert
Bell.
3. By D. Cornfoot and R. Bell, a
Mortgage on plantation Belle Plaine, with all the Negroes, Buildings,
Cultivation, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, situate as above - in
favour of George and Thomas Jackson, Heirs of John Jackson, deceased.
4. By the Representatives of the Heirs
of Thomas Cuming, deceased, Transport of Lots No. 106 and 108, situate in
Cumingsburg district - to Evan Fraser.
5. By the Representatives of the Heirs
of Thomas Cuming, deceased, Transport of twenty Lots of Land, situate in
Cumingsburg district, known sub. No. 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123,
124, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, being all that parcel of
Land called Carmichael's Square - to the Colony of Demerary.
6. By S. Cramer, Executor to the last
will and testament of George Furnace, deceased, and thereto authorised by the
Honorable Court of Justice, Transport of plantation Pleasing Hope, with all the
Negroes, and further appurtenances, thereto belonging, situate on Leguan
Island, between plantations Uniform and Rural Retreat; also Transport of a
Piece of Land, situate on Wakenham Island, called St. Patrick's Hall - to
Samuel Sayers.
7. By Samuel Sayers, a First Mortgage
on said plantation Pleasing Hope, Negroes, and further appurtenances, and on
the aforesaid Piece of Land, called St. Patrick's Hall - to Patrick M'Intyre.
8. By Edward Austin, a Mortgage on the
east Half of plantation Greenfield, situate on the east coast of the River
Demerary, together with one hundred and sixty Negroes, Buildings, and
Cultivation, and further appurtenances thereto belonging - in favour of Messrs.
Thomas Daniel and Sons, of Bristol.
9. By S. Cramer, q.q. the Estate of M.
Tinne, dec. Transport of the west Half of Lot No. 28, situate in Cumingsburg
district - to John Hall.
10. By the Representative of John Hall,
Transport of a part of the west Half of Lot No. 28, situate as above, being 80
feet deep by 50 ditto facade, more or less, as it is at present railed in, with
the Buildings thereon - to Betsey Jackman, free coloured woman.
11. By John Wilson, Attorney of William
Fraser, Transport of plantation Goede Verwagting, situate on the west bank of
the River Demerary, between plantations Jonge Rachel and Good Intent and
Sisters, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, and Negroes, agreeable to
Contract of Sale, dated 16th July, 1813 - to Chs. Edmonstone and John Jones;
the said plantation to be annexed to plantation Jonge Rachel, and known under
the general name of plantation Wales.
12. By Charles Edmonstone and John
Jones, joint proprietors of plantation Vreedestein, L'Incertitude, Goede Verwagting,
and of such part of plantation Jonge Rachel as has been already transported,
(the two last to be named in future plantation Wales,) a First Mortgage on the
said Plantation, with all their Cultivation, Buildings, Slaves, and other
appurtenances - in favour of John Gladstone, of Liverpool, merchant.
13. By the Representatives of
plantation Le Repentir, Transport of the Concession No. 9, situate in
Charlestown district, with the Water Lot thereto belonging to J. De Rooy.
14. By H. Van Cooten, q.q. the Widow
Van der Haas, Transport of the Half Concession, more or less, of Lot No. 4,
situate in Werk en Rust District - to P. Looven.
15. By the Representatives of the Heirs
of Thomas Cuming, deceased, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 168, situate
in Cumingsburg district - to V. R. Wyett.
16. By V. R. Wyett, Transport of the
above to Miss Mary Henry.
17. By the Executors to the last Will
and Testament of Frances Parris, deceased, Transport of the Concession or Lot,
formerly known sub No. 34, and now sub No. 85, situate in Kingston district,
with all the Buildings thereon - to Moses Jacobs.

Land, no. 5, called Hampton Court, situate on the west sea coast of Essequebo -
to Alexander Fraser.
20. By Alexander Fraser, a Mortgage on
said Lot. No. 5, called Hampton Court, and on three Negroes - in favour of Paul
Liot Backer.
21. By one of the Sworn Clerks of the
Secretary's Office of this Colony, Transport of one eighth part of Lot No. 133,
situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the Buildings thereon - to the Estate
of George Burgess, deceased.
22. By the Executors of the Estate of
George Burgess, deceased, Transport of the above - to Susannah Parish, free
coloured woman.
23. By the Attorney of T. T. Thomson,
deceased, Transport of the south one-third of the Concession or Lot No. 130,
situate in Cumingsburg district, with the Buildings thereon - to Elizabeth
Daly, free black woman.
24. By Idem, Transport of the north
two-thirds of the Concession or Lot No. 130, situate as above, with the
Buildings thereon - to John Thomas and Joseph Clarke, for their two Children,
named Frances Ann Thomas and Benjamin Clarke.
