Notice is hereby given, at the request of D. P. Simon, Esq. and Emelia Brotherson, Deliberating Executor and Executrix to the last will and testament of Phelix Brotherson, deceased, to all persons having any demand against the estate of the deceased, to send them in, properly attested, within two months from date, at the residence of the said D. P. Simon, in George Town; and all those indebted to said estate, to come forward with payment without delay.
