four feet and a half high; being a quarter of No. 26, situate in North-street;
with suitable out-buildings. Terms of sale, to an approved purchaser, at 6,

Frederick Prokter, of the Reformed Church, born in this colony, a minor, but
with the consent of his guardian F. W. Tuckerman, Esqr. on the one part: and
Dorothea Andriana Lussis, also of the Reformed Church, and born in this colony,
a minor, but assisted by her sister, Maria-Catharine Lussis, on the other part.
All persons knowing any just cause or
impediment, why these parties should not be joined together in Holy Matrimony,
must declare the same at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

Arrivals - Brig Brown, Pilkington, from
Belfast; schooner Friend, from Portland, U.S.; schooner Polly, Paynter,
Barbados; and brig Prince Regent, from Bermuda.
The Ship Bellona, will sail for Glasgow
on Sunday next. Letter-bag at the Store of Douglas, Gallaway, & Co.
The mail-boat Demerary Packet, Capt.
Hill, will sail for Barbados to-morrow morning at nine o'clock; and the Mackay,
for St. Kitt's, on Monday.
