concession or lot, No. 62, situate in Werk en Rust district, with all the
buildings thereon, adjoining the north canal of Stabroek - to F. W. Overweg.
2. By P. C. Ouckama, q.q. the estate of
the late Elizabeth Gelot, transport of the concession or lot at present known
sub No. 29, situate in Werk en Rust district, with all the buildings thereon -
to F. Horn.
3. By J. Pantliz, transport of the
concessions No. 10 and 13, situate in Charles-Town district, with all the
buildings thereon - to S. Cramer, q.q. the estate of the late G. A. F. Van
Kinschot.

q.q. Miss C. R. H. Bonjes, a Security Bond vested on five-eighths of Plantation
Vrow Anna [sic], with the slaves, and further appurtenances thereon, in favor
of herself, her Heirs, or others eventually concerned; and also for the
punctual payment of a certain Legacy and Annuities bequeathed by the late J.
Bonjes, deceased; all agreable [sic] to his last Will, dated the 8th day of
May, 1815, and deposited in the Secretary's Office of this Colony.
19. By J. H. Hendy, transport of the
concession or lot No. 175, situate in Cumingsburg district - to James Williams.
20. By G. J. Goppy, holder of a special
power of attorney from J. B. Dansaert and Jeane Sophie Krain, his wife,
transport of plantation La Nouvelle Flandres, situate on the west sea coast of
the river Demerary - to Charles De L'Escaille, as per inventory and
appraisement made on the 18th of February, 1815, by J. S. Masse and D. L. C.
Martini, the original of which is deposited in the Secretary's Office of this
colony, attached to an original contract of purchase and sale of the said
estate, dated the 18th of March 1816, executed before J. J. L. Moliere, sworn
clerk.
21. By Charles De L'Escaille, transport
of one undivided half share or moiety in the said plantation La Nouvelle
Flanders [sic], cum annexis - to G. J. Goppy.
22. By Charles De L'Escaille and G. J.
Goppy, joint proprietors of plantation La Nouvelle Flandres, a first mortgage
on the said plantation, with its appurtenances as per inventory, dated the 18th
of February, 1815 - in favour of J. Heemskerk, of Amsterdam.
23. By idem, a second mortgage on the
said plantation, according to the same inventory - in favour of J. B. Dansaert
and Jeane Sophie Krain, his wife.
24. By G. J. Goppy, transport of an
undivided half share or moiety on one hundred negroes, placed by him on and
attached to plantation La Nouvelle Flandres, as per original list to be seen at
the Secretary's Office of this colony - to Charles De L'Escaille.
25. By Mrs. A. Van Dyk, widow and
representative of the late C. Van Dyk, transport of lot No. 3, situate in front
of plantation Werk en Rust; also the mud or water lot, in front of the said lot
No. 3, with the buildings thereon - to John Craufurd.

27. By the representative of the estate
of the late John Haslin, transport of the concession or lot No. 69, situate in
Stabroek district - to Mrs. the widow Bradford.
28. By Charles Dickson, proprietor of
plantation Sans Souci, situate on the west side, and of plantation Rushbroek,
situate on the east side of Wakenham island, Essequebo, a first mortgage on the
aforesaid plantations, with their cultivation, buildings, slaves, and other
appurtenances - in favour of John and Robert Gladstone, merchants in Liverpool.
29. By idem, a second mortgage on the
said plantation Sans Souci and Rushbroek, with all their cultivation,
buildings, slaves, and other appurtenances - in favour of C. Simson & Co.
merchants in this colony.

last will of Joseph Hamer, deceased, transport of the concession on lot No. 53,
situate in Cumingsburg district - to Kitty Ann Collier.

& 16, situate in Cumingsburg district, being 30 feet in front and 160 ditto

Notice is hereby given, at the request
of N. M. Manget and B. Freyhaus, of this Colony, Esqrs. Deliberating Executor
and Administrator of the Effects of Joseph Feiullet, deceased, to all persons
having any Demands against the Estate of the deceased, to send them in properly
attested, within six weeks, to either of the Executors aforesaid, at plantation
Ruimveld, or in George-Town; and all those indebted, to come forward with
payment without delay.

time, at the request of S. Jeems, Executor to the Estate of Josepa Weezard,
Widow Porquoi, to all persons having any demands against said Estate, to send
them in properly attested, within six weeks from date, at the house of J.
Bischoff, or at the residence of said S. Jeems; and all those indebted, to come
forward with payment without delay, in order to bring the said Estate to a
speedy liquidation.

On Thursday the 27th of March, by order
of T. B. Kemp, on the premises, positively without reserve, being about to quit
the colony, -
The House and Lot of Land, No. 11,
pleasantly situated in Kingston, being a comfortable residence for a small
family; household furniture, consisting of a side-board, dining, breakfast, and
card tables, liquor case, sophas, chairs, a chest of drawers, night chair,
toilet glasses, bedsteads with mattrasses and pillows, a plated liquor stand,
decanters, tumblers, wine glasses, shade candlesticks, a globe lamp, and some
handsome prints; also, a water vat, and a negro named John, an excellent baker
and porter. Terms will be made known on the day of sale.
