Houses for Sale. [heading]
The Subscriber offers for sale his
valuable Premises, situated in Cumingsburgh, Commerce Row, directly opposite
the premises of Messrs. Finlayson, Barnes, & Co. and P. M'Clure, Esq. being
full three-fourths of the Lot No. 19, with the Buildings erected thereon,
consisting of two comfortable Dwelling-houses, one of which is 36 feet in
length by 18 feet wide, two stories high, with a garret, affording comfortable
chambers, a gallery in front; and the other 28 feet long by 18 feet wide, also
two stories high, with a side building attached, 28 feet long and 12 feet wide,
divided in three apartments, consisting of two comfortable Negro houses and a
kitchen. These premises are worth the attention of any person in the
mercantile line, being an excellent stand for business; and the Lot of Land on
which they are erected is capable of very great improvement, and being a
free-hold, adds considerably to its value. For further particulars apply to
the Subscriber, or in his absence to Mr. M. Jacobs.
March 31. Andrew Thomson.
