Notice is therefore hereby given, to all persons interested therein, that attendance will be given at this Office, every day (Sundays and Holidays excepted), from the hours of nine in the morning till two in the afternoon, for the time of one calendar month from the dates respectively attached; in order to enable such persons to inspect said Accounts, and state their objections or observations in writing: - at the expiration of which time, Reports will be made up, and office-copies, at the expence of the parties concerned, be ready for delivery, three days previous to the next Ordinary Session - when the whole of these Accounts and Reports, will be laid before the Honorable Court of Justice, for its final decision thereon.

At the Commissary Court of the 4th August, 1817, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By William Austin, q.q. D. G. Hall, transport of plantation Good Intent, situate on the west bank of Mahaica Creek, with the buildings and cultivation thereon; to John Perry.
2. By Hugo Cantzlaar, j.z. transport of one fourth of the concession or lot, No. 22, situate on the south dam of Stabroek District, (to the east of the premises of Mrs. Farrington), with all the buildings thereon; to Lydia Bishof.
3. By the representatives of Colin Macrae, a renewal of a mortgage vested on plantation Sophia-Wilhelmina, situate on Leguan Island, Essequebo; to the heirs of J. J. Denekin, deceased.
4. By Sarah Wiblez, in behalf of John Hall, a mortgage on eight slaves, named Jenny, Nancy, Bick, Mary-Ann, Sary, Nick, Lucy, and Malindo; in favour of Messrs. Murray and Jones, G. M. Forbes & Co. and Alexander Macrae.
5. By Hugh M'Leod, q.q. transport of nine-sixteen parts of plantation Hoff van Aurick (now called Independent), with all the slaves, bulidings, cultivation, and further appurtenaces, thereto belonging; to Hugh M'Leod and Co.
6. By Hugh M'Leod and Co. a mortgage on the above nine-sixteen part of said plantation Hoff van Aurick, (now called Independent); in favour of Mrs. the widow L. Heureux, of Amsterdam.
7. By J. Van Koetsveld du Crocq, q.q. the widow Groen, born Junge, transport of plantation Amersford, situate on Wakenum [sic] Island, Essequebo, with all the slaves, buildings, cultivation, and further appurtenances, thereto belonging, and also transport of 100 acres bush land, more or less, situate as before, between plantations Domburg and De Liefde; in favour of Joan Teschemaker.
8. By J. Van Koetsveld du Crocq and Dirk Willebers, attornies of J. J. Boullier, transport of the half lot of land, known as No. 9, with the buildings thereon, situate in Stabroek District; in favour of Dirk Willebers, in prive[accent].
9. By B. Freyhaus, deliberating executor of I. Henschelius, deceased, transport of the one undivided half or moiety of plantation Nooitgedagt, situate on Canal No. 1, with all the slaves, cultivation, buildings, and other appurtenances, thereto belonging; in favour of the boedel of G. M. De Haart, deceased.
10. By C. G. Storm Van S. [sic] Gravesande, executor of G. M. De Haart, deceased, a first mortgage on the whole of the above estate Nooitgedagt together with the buildings, cultivation, slaves, and other appurtenances, thereto belonging agreeably to an inventory thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony; in favour of the boedel of the late G. Henshelius.
11. By Elizabeth Rouse, free coloured woman, transport of lot No. 59, situate in Kingston District, with all the buildings thereon; in favour of J. W. Holms.
12. By Alexander Simpson, q.q. Thos. D. Goring, transport of the one undivided half or moiety, of plantation La Resource, situated on the west coast, Essequebo, known as No. 29, with all the buildings, cultivation, slaves, and other appurtenances, as the same stood in May, 1813; in favour of J. B. Sandiford.
18. [sic] By J. B. Sandiford, transport of the whole of the aforesaid lot No. 29, cum annexis, in favor of John Chandler.
14. By one of the Sworn Clerks in the Secretary's Office, representing the estate of Samuel Eburne, deceased, transport of a piece of land, situate between the plantations Hoof van Holland and Dorothy's Rust, on Tiger Island, Essequebo, containing 184 acres, more or less; which land was formerly part of plantation Hoff van Holland; in favour of Catherine Pendergrass.
15. By Catherine Pendergrass, transport of the above to the proprietors of plantation Huis te Dieren.
16. By J. G. Van Den Heuvel and J. A. Van Den Heuvel, attornies of J. C. Van Den Heuvel of the city of New York, transport of plantation Hague, situate on the west coast of this colony, with all the slaves, cultivation, buildings, and other appurtenances, thereto belonging, and the island Quantabarrabo, situate in the river Essequebo, on the terms of a contract made in the city of New York, on the 14th of November, 1816, between the said J. C. Van Den Heuvel and Alexander Cruikshank, and an additional act passed in this colony between the later and the attornies of the former, on the 7th day of June last; in favour of Alexander Cruikshank.
17. By Alexander Cruikshank, a mortgage on the above plantation Hague, cum annexis; in favour of the attornies of J. C. Van Den Heuvel.
18. By John Bommel, transport of the centre one third of lot No. 182, situate in Cumingsburg District, to the free coloured woman Betty Grace.
19. By Rosetta Meertens, free coloured woman, transport of one quarter of lot No. 197, rituate [sic] fn [sic] Cumingsburg District, in favour of Wm. Trotman, free coloured man.
