Whereas,
by the Standing Regulations of His Honor the President and the Honourable the
Court of Criminal and Civil Justice of the United Colony, respecting
Accounting-Parties - the Accounts of

have
been referred to the Subscriber, to examine and report thereon.
Notice
is therefore hereby given, to all persons interested therein, that attendance
will be given at this Office, every day (Sundays and Holidays excepted), from
the hours of nine in the morning till two in the afternoon, for the time of one
calendar month from the dates respectively attached; in order to enable such
persons to inspect said Accounts, and state their objections or observations in
writing: - at the expiration of which time, Reports will be made up, and
office-copies, at the expence of the parties concerned, be ready for delivery,
three days previous to the next Ordinary Session - when the whole of these
Accounts and Reports, will be laid before the Honorable Court of Justice, for
its final decision thereon.

the Commissary Court of the 1st of September, 1817, the following Transports
and Mortgages -
1.
By John Kingston, q.q. Benjamin Kingston, a mortgage on plantations Walton
Hall and Kennell, situated on the west sea coast of Essequebo, with all the buldings,
slaves, cultivation, and further appurtenances, thereto belonging - in favour
of Messrs. Thomas Daniel and sons, of Bristol.
2.
By Alexander Arthur, transport of part of the concession or lot, No. 78,
situate in Kingston district, being 43 feet wide by the orginial depth, as it
is at present ralied in, with all the buildings thereon - to George Breton.
3.
By the Honourable Js. Johnstone, q.q. Thomas James Mathias, Thomas Kennedy
Mallet, Alexander Gibson, John Boyn, and Walter Frye Skerret, a renewal of a
first mortgage vested on plantation Bellevue, cum annexis, situated on the west
bank of the river Demerary, according to the Convention between His Britannic
Majesty and the King of the Netherlands - in favour of Jan Jacob Bysterus
Heemskerk.

By the representatives of plantation Le Repenter, transport of the half
concession or lot. No. 42, situate in Charles-Town district - to J. V.
Nedderman.
5.
By Elizabeth Rouse, transport of the concession or lot, No. 58, situate in
Kingston district, with all the buildings thereon - to J. W. Hobbs.
6.
By the representatives of the estate of G. Henschelius, deceased, transports
of three-fifth of the concession or lot, No. 56, situated in Werk en Rust
district to Johannes Muller.
7.
By Alexander Cruikshank, a mortgage on plantation The Hague, situated on the
west sea coast of the river Demerary, with all the buildings, slaves,
cultivation, and further appurtenances, as also on the siland Quantabanabo in
Essequebo river - in favour of Charles Brookes, Sir Jn. Struth, knight, and
John Chalmers Rose, of the city of Bristol, merchants, trading under the Firm
of Brookes, Struth, and Rose.
8.
By Joseph Taylor, transport of one-sixth part of lot No. 29, and one-sixth
part of lot No. 30, situate in Cumingsburg district, between the land of
Messrs. Rose and Croal, and Debora Yearwood, as it is at present railed in - to
Alexander Arthur.
9.
By J. W. Dunkin, transport of the concession or lot, No. 55, situate in
Cumingsburg district - to Elizabeth Richards.
10.
By J. De Rooy, transport of the concession or lot No. 9, with all the
buildings thereon, situated in Charles-Town district, with the water-lot
thereto belonging - to John Crossman.
11.
By Rosetta Meertens, transport of one-fourth of the concession or lot No. 197,
situate in Cumingsburg district - to Rosaline M'Leod.
12.
By Rosaline M'Leod, transport of the above to William Trotman.

Notice
is hereby given, at the request of Thomas Redish and S. D. Landrey, of this
colony, esquires, executors to the last will and testament of Peter Holliday,
deceased, to all persons having any demands against the estate of the deceased,
to send them in, properly attested, within two months from date, at the residence
of one of the aforesaid executors, in George-Town; and all those indebtde, to
come forward with payment without delay.
