Whereas,
by the Standing Regulations of His Honor the President and the Honourable the
Court of Criminal and Civil Justice of the United Colony, respecting
Accounting-Parties - the Accounts of

John
Fullarton and Hugh Hyndmann, Administrators of Plantation Concordia - (August
22.) -
have
been referred to the Subscriber, to examine and report thereon.
Notice
is therefore hereby given, to all persons interested therein, that attendance
will be given at this Office, every day (Sundays and Holidays excepted), from
the hours of nine in the morning till two in the afternoon, for the time of one
calendar month from the dates respectively attached; in order to enable such
persons to inspect said Accounts, and state their objections or observations in
writing: - at the expiration of which time, Reports will be made up, and
office-copies, at the expence of the parties concerned, be ready for delivery,
three days previous to the next Ordinary Session - when the whole of these
Accounts and Reports, will be laid before the Honorable Court of Justice, for
its final decision thereon.
