Since our last, we have not heard of any arrival of importance.

PUBLIC VENDUES. [heading]

On Saturday the 6th of September, by order of Henry Austin and Wm. Roach, Executors of Mrs. E. S. Armstrong, deceased, at six months' credit -
The negro woman Sucky, a good washer and house servant, and her daughter Mopsy, about fifteen years of age; also house furniture.
Also, by order of P. Wyeth, Executor to the Estate of William Ramsay, deceased, the quarter lot No. 8, with an unfinished building thereon, situate in Werk en Rust, wearing apparel, a small water vat, a puncheon and what further may appear.
Also, by order William Kole, a family of negroes, consisting of a man, a sailor, his wife, a house servant, and two children, which are sold for no fault whatever.
Also, by order of John Martindale, Esqr. - Seven Negroes, named Barbary, Tim, Kitty, Cumba, Jane, and her child Wellington, and Amey.
Also, by order of Mr. J. H. Hendy - two negroes, named Caesar and Polly.
Alsa [sic], by order of the Representative of the Estate of G. Henschelius, deceased, at three months' credit - the half lot of land No. 56, more or less, on the Brick Dam, Stabroek, without buildings, late the property of Elizabeth Van Den Bosch.
