Notice
is therefore hereby given, to all persons interested therein, that attendance
will be given at this Office, every day (Sundays and Holidays excepted), from
the hours of nine in the morning till two in the afternoon, for the time of one
calendar month from the dates respectively attached; in order to enable such
persons to inspect said Accounts, and state their objections or observations in
writing: - at the expiration of which time, Reports will be made up, and
office-copies, at the expence of the parties concerned, be ready for delivery,
three days previous to the next Ordinary Session - when the whole of these
Accounts and Reports, will be laid before the Honorable Court of Justice, for
its final decision thereon.

By Thomas Mewburn, a renewal of a 1st mortgage on plantation Cuming's Lodge,
situated on the east coast of this Colony, with all the buildings, cultivation,
slaves, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, according to the
Convention between His Britannic Majesty and the King of the Netherlands - in
favour of J. J. B. Heemskerk of Amsterdam.

By the representatives of the estate of Alexander Tinne, deceased, transport
of 3/4 of the lot No. 46, situate in Stabroek - to J. F. Sils.
10.
By the representatives of the estate of Thomas Cuming, deceased, transport of
lot No. 183 - to the minor children of Mary Jane Squirk, named Ann, Elizabeth,
and Mary.

By Mark Dyet and Co., transport of all their right, title, and interest, in
the unexpired lease of lot No. 6, with all the buildings thereon, situated in
front of plantation Vlissingen, George-Town, in America street - to Thomas
Shute.

By the representatives of J. G. Cloot de Nieuwerkirk, transports of lots No.
4, and 13, known as such in the chart of Pitman and Ashley's square, or as No.
38, in the chart of Cumingsburgh district, together with the buildings thereon,
as is at present railed in - to Robert Patterson.

By Jacobus Schoemaker and J. M. Bauch, attornies of Mrs. Sanderus and the
guardian of her minor children, and also J. M. Bauch representing one of the
co-proprietors of plantation De Kinderen, situated in Canal No. 1, transport of
plantation de Kinderen with all the slaves, buildings, cultivations, and other
appurtenances thereto belonging - to Ali Dey.

By Ali Dey, a mortgage on said plantation De Kinderen, situated as above, with
all the slaves, buildings, cultivations, and other appurtenances, and an
addition number of 22 slaves, their names to be seen at this Office, in favour
of the representatives of the proprietor of said plantation De Kinderen.

By Mary Ostrean, free coloured woman, transport of the east half of lot No.
113, situated in Cumingsburgh district - to William Niell.
17.
By William Niell, executor to the last will and testament of the late William
Niell, transport of 1/4 of the above lot No. 113, with all the buildings
thereon - to James Graham, curator ad letis [sic] of Elizabeth Niell.

By William Brumell, special attorney of the executrix of Thomas George
Heyliger, deceased, transport of all her right and title in and to plantations
Exmouth, Dartmouth, lot No. 11, and lot No. 44, uncultivated, together with the
slaves, buildings, cultivation, and other appurtenances thereto belonging,
situated on the west of Arrabisch coast of Essequebo - to William Brumell.
19.
By Leonora Buchanan, free coloured woman, transport of plantation Paradise,
now uncultivated, situated as above - to William Brumell.
20.
By the executors of the late Governor Robert Gordon, transport of thirty acres
of front land of the plantation formerly called the Diamond, situated on Leguan
Island, Essequebo - to Peter M'Clure, free coloured man.
21.
By David King, q.q. F. C. Brodhagen, transport of plantation Zorg en Vlygt,
with all buildings, cultivation, and further appurtenances, situated on the
west coast of Essequebo - to Charles Gordon.
22.
By Charles Gordon, a first mortgage on the above estate, plantation Zorg en
Vlyt [sic], and 60 slaves, in favour of Messrs. Campbell, Harper, and Baillie,
subject to certain conditions.

By Joseph Beete, attorney of the assignees of Messrs. Kensigton [sic], Stryan,
& Adams of London, transport of plantation Annandale, together with one
hundred and twenty slaves, and all the appersenances [sic] thereto belonging,
situated on the Arrabisch coast of Essequebo - to Charles Gordon.

By Charles Gordon, a first mortgage on said plantation Annandale, with the
buildings, cultivation, and other appurtenances, thereto belonging, together
with one hundred and twenty slaves, in favour of Joseph Beete, attorney of said
assignees.

By Charles Gordon, a second mortgage on said planattion Annandale, with all
the buildings, cultivation, and the said number of one hundred and twenty
slaves, in favour of Messrs. Campbell, Harper, and Baillie.

By the representatives of the estate of Thomas Cuming, deceased, transport of
Lots No. 177, 178, 179, 180, and 181, situated in Cumingsburg district, (said
five lots to be called Murray-square [no closing parenthesis] - to Joseph
Hadfield.

lot No. 78, being between two quarters of said lot, and the same at present
occupied by M. Campbell, on the east, and Ann Sanderson, free coloured woman,

one of the Sworn-Clerks of the Secretary's Office, of this Colony, being
thereto duly authorised, by an appointment of the Honourable Court of Justice.

By one of the Sworn Clerks of the Secretary's Office, aforesaid, transport of
the above quarter lot No. 78, to Margarette Lespinass.
30.
By William Bowing, transport of the mud lot known as Lr. B. situate in front
of plantation Werk en Rust district - to P. J. Tresnie.

By one of the Sworn-Clerks of the Secretary's Office of this Colony, being
therein authorised by an Order of the Honourable Court of Justice, bearing date
the 29th August, 1817, transport of plantation Fellowship, situated in Abary,
with all the slaves, buildings, cultivation, and further appurtenances, to the
attorney of the trustees of the estate of A. W. Somersall, deceased.

transport of the above estate, cum annexis, to Richard Watson.

Virtue of an Order of the Honourable Court of Policy, dated 3d May last, will
be transported at the next Commissary Court, on the 16th [sic] October, 1817,
the following Mud Lots, situated in front of Cumingsburg district, to the
after-named persons, the orginial purchasers of said lots - they having
complied with the Court's Order of 5th February last, and exhibited the
receipts for the purchase-money thereof, viz.

Subscriber intending for Europe, with his family, early next year, offers to
dispose of the following Properties, on liberal terms to approved purchasers:

present occupied by the Subscriber.
Two
Houses close to South-street Steling, and a small House next to that of Miss
Betty Game, in South-street
That
commodious House and Lot, pleasantly situated nearly opposite St. George's
Church, and at present occupied by Mr. M. Campbell.
That

Military Barracks.
