Notice. [heading]
It is with much regret, that the Sieur Day Francis is under the necessity of announcing to the Ladies and Gentlemen of Colour, that his Performance is unavoidably postponed for some days, owing to his being disappointed in his expectations of performing in Mr. Marshall's Room; which he considered he had engaged. Mr. D. F. begs leave, at the same time, to assure them, that the Amusements advertised in last night's Paper, will be brought forward as soon as he can obtain a convenient room for that purpose. - Oct. 4.

Except the Friendship from London, we hear of no arrival of importance since our last.
