This day, James H. Bibby, Esqr. took the Oath administered to him by His Honor the President as a Practitioner at the Bar of the Honourable the Full Court of Criminal and Civil Justice: - all persons, therefore, are desired to respect the said J. H. Bibby, in his above-mentioned capacity.
