At the Commissary Court of the 1st of December, 1817, the following Transports and Mortgages will be passed: -
1. By Mary Ostream, transport of the half concession or lot No. 99, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - to the Widow of J. W. Thomas.
2. By Thomas Thomson, transport of certain concession, situate in Cumingsburg district, being part of the ground formerly known as Pitman & Ashley's square, or No. 14, bounded on the east by a lot at present occupied by John Brown, on the south by the premises of Spence & Holliday and a passage leading thereto, and on the north and west by the public dam; all agreeable to a chart made thereof, by the sworn land surveyor J. Hadfield, with the buildings thereon - to Ellen Button.
3. By the Representatives of the Heirs of Michael Staunton, deceased, and in compliance with the sentence of the Hon. the Court of Justice, dated 29th of August, 1817, transport of plantation Cane Garden, formerly called Saratoga, situate on Leguan Island, with all the appurtenances according to contract, dated the 15th of December, 1815 - to Theops. Williams.
4. By the representatives of the Curator of the estate of Richard Barry, deceased, transport of plantation Cambridge, situate in Mahaica - to John Perry.
5. By the representative of the heirs of Thomas Cuming, deceased, transport of the concession or lot No. 295, situate in Cumingsburg district - to Francina Hefftinck.
6. By H. Strange, transport of the concession or lot No. 60, situate in Cumingsburg district - to Mary Lowe.
7. By one of the Sworn Clerk in the Secretary's Office of this Colony, thereto duly authorised by appointment of his Honor the President of the Court of Justice, transport of one-third of the concession or lot No. 29, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - to Joseph Taylor.
8. By Jacobus Schoemaker and J. M. Bauch, attornies of Mrs. Sanderus, and the guardian of her minor children, and also the said J. M. Bauch, representing one of the co-proprietors of plantation De Kinderen, situate in the Canal No. 1, west bank of the river Demerary, transport of said plantation De Kinderen, with all the slaves, buildings, cultivation, and other appurtenances thereto belonging - to Ali Dey.
9. By Ali Dey, a mortgage on said plantation De Kinderen, with all the buildings, cultivation, slaves, and further appurtenances thereto belonging, and on an additional number of 25 slaves, names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favour of the proprietors of plantation De Kenderen [sic].
10. By Ali Dey, transport of plantation Vreede and Vriendschap, situate in the canal No. 1, west bank, river Demerary, with all its buildings, cultivation, and further appurtenances - to R. B. Knight, and Edward Derrick.
11. By Edward Derrick, transport of all his right and interest in the aforesaid plantation Vreede and Vriendschap, cum annexis - to R. B. Knight.
12. By R. B. Knight, a mortgage on the said plantation Vreede and Vriendschap, with all its buildings, cultivations, and on a number of twelve negroes, names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favour of Ali Dey.
13. By the Hon. Jonas Fileen, transport of the half concession or lot No. 22, with all the buildings thereon, situate on the middle-dam, Stabroek - to H. D. Obermuller.
14. By H. D. Obermuller, transport of the above - to J. A. La Loge.
15. By John Bommell, transport of the east one-third of the concession or lot No. 182, situate in Cumingsburg district, with the buildings thereon - to John Scott.
