Notice
is hereby given, at the request of J. P. Muncker, of this Colony, Esq. to all
whom it may concern, that it is his intention to leave this Colony in a short
time, he therefore, requests all persons having any demands against him, to
render the same, properly attested, within one month from date, at his
residence in Werk en Rust district, George-town; and all those indebted to him,
either in prive or in his different qualities, to come forward with payment
without delay, as it is his intention to give all claims unsettled before his
departure, into the hands of M. Downie, Esq. Attorney at Law.

For
Sale [heading]
The
House and Lot with Out-buildings, &c., occupied by the Subscriber, situated
in Pitman and Ashley's square, in Cumingsburg; the whole having been put in
thorough repair lately. The dwelling-house is 28 feet by 16, with a new
gallery in front of 8 feet wide the whloe length of the house, with pitch pine
floor, and the house raised on brick pillars 4 feet, with new block tin spouts
all round. The out-building 42 feet by 14 wide, with partitions and a kitchen
with brick fire-place and oven, and three good water vatts attached to the
House.
For
immediate payment these premises will be sold cheap, and possession given on
1st January. Enquire of Mr. W. Gunn, or on the premises of
Dec.

The
Widow of the late Mr. Day Francis, begs leave to express her most grateful
acknowledgements to the Ladies and Gentlemen, who so generously patronised her
Benefit at the Theatre, on Wednesday evening last - and assures them their
generosity will be remembered with gratitude. - Dec. 6.
The
Subscriber begs the favour of those Ladies and Gentlemen who have had Tickets
for her benefit, to come forward with payment, in order to enable her to leave
the Colony as soon as possible; and at the same time, should their [sic] be any
outstanding accounts against her late Husband, Mr. Day Francis, she requests
that they may be delivered to her as early as possible, for examination and
settlement.

Theatricals.
- The patronage Mrs. Day Francis experienced on Wednesday last, was strictly
commensurate with the characteristic benevolence of the community. The theatre
was crouded [sic] to excess; and the duties of the evening, which that pleasing
actress to herself assigned were executed in her happiest manner, and crowned
with universal applause. After this the Drama died - leaving no one we
believe, who wall regret its loss!
