Boys were keen to try the idea of a sprout salad. A washed and sliced leek was similarly braised and the three delicious ingredients were tossed together with a can of drained water chestnut slices. A lemony dijon mustard and olive oil dressing provided\u00a0 an unctious bringing together of elements.
