A REAL SPORTSMAN
Funeral of Dr. W. H. Evans of Colyton
The attendance at the funeral of Dr. William Henry Evans, Chairman of the Axe Vale Harriers, of Knowles, Colyton, at Seaton Parish Churchyard, on Monday afternoon, was a remarkable tribute to a great sportsman and a doctor beloved by all.
The service, which was choral, was conducted by the Vicar (Rev. R. S. Robinson), assisted by Rev. E. H. Van Cooten (brother-in-law to deceased).
