Text	Odds and ends ... The Royal Gazette Sat 14 Mar 1846 under Creditors Claims Estate of Nicholas Van Cooten, who died intestate in Barbados on or about 28 March 1845. Wed 13 May 1846 Dorothea Van Cooten, wife of H. Van Cooten - an ante-nuptial agreement of 7th April 1803 .. she would receive from the estate an inheritance of the bridegroom annually, during her lifetime, the sum of twenty four hundred guilders plus an annuity of 2500 guilders bequeathed to the defendant in and by the last Will & Testament of Henry Van Cooten deceased, bearing date on or about 13th August 1825
