The Bishop of Islington, on Saturday, dedicated the temporary church of the new mission district of St. Luke’s, Tottenham. The service was largely attended, among the clergy present being Prebendary Hobson (Rural Dean), the vicars of Tottenham and St. Mark’s, Noel-park, from which parishes the new district is carved, and Prebendary Blomfield Jackson, secretar of the London Diocesan Home Mission, under which the district will be worked the the Rev. Harold Van Cooten, till recently curate of St. Mary Abbot’s, Kensington.
